What this job involves

• Check all lights are in working order within the facility on daily basis
• Ensure all aircons are working within the facility and reporting any leaks/malfunctioning aircons
• Ensure that all coffee machines are in working order and cleaned if need be
• Ensure that all water dispensers are in working order
• Managing set ups           
  • Ensure that meeting venues are set up in accordance with the brief received from the client 
  • Clear and clean all whiteboards in meeting rooms
• Ensure that all bathroom dispensers are in working order
• Ensuring all bathroom facilities are cleaned and are operating 
  • Report leaks to helpdesk 
• Ensure that lifts are in working order 
• Ensure all power outlets in meeting rooms and at workstations are working
• Oversee housekeeping is in order in store-rooms
• Ensuring that all doors in the facility are in working order (able to close and open easily)
• Checking of fire-safety equipment is checked and serviced on time
• Monitoring contractors
  • Initiate work permit for contractors to work on site
  • Chaperone /Estcourt the contractors and monitor works in progress
• Assist retail teams / marketing teams with putting up branding material should the client be hosting an event on site/companywide events
• Assist with the moving of boxes as and when required

What this job involves

• Assist the consulting team on client assignments, key tasks include market research, financial analysis, report writing, presentation, participation in internal and external meetings
• The focus will be on UAE and KSA based work, and some assignments may require travel within the region ( Middle East & North Africa)
• Preparation of client pitches, presentations and proposals
• Contribute to the successful execution of other business development and marketing initiatives as needed
• Produce clear, succinct write-ups on the market to be included within corporate research reports and consultancy assignments
• Report to the Head of Consulting as well as to the respective assignment leads on an ongoing basis.

Required skills and experience for this job

• Previous technical background in market research / real estate / financial analysis - 1-3 years’ experience preferred
• Relevant Master’s degree in finance / economics / business preferred.
• Strong analytical background with attention to detail
• Strong organizations skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize
• Ability to work to meet deadlines, even when timeframes are demanding
• First class team player with strong relationship skills – able to collaborate with colleagues and develop strong relationships with clients
• Clear communicator with strong presentation skills
• Good report writing skills in MS Word
• Ability to prepare succinct Power Point presentations
• Excellent understanding of MS Excel and financial modelling
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Willingness to take on new challenges
• Efficiently use words to communicate complex ideas.
