    Diesel Mechanic (Bloemfontein)

    Description

    • Accurately diagnose faults found and reported on a vehicle (trouble shooting).
    • Carry out servicing and repairs to vehicles in an efficient manner.
    • Conduct road tests on repaired vehicles as and when needed.
    • Ensure workshop quality, safety and security procedures are adhered to at all times.
    • Report any vehicle faults other than those on the job card.
    • Conduct servicing according to MAN specifications and service sheet.
    • Work accurately and timeously to achieve both efficiency and productivity to the required standards.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Grade:12 Matric Certificate.
    • N3 and possess a Diesel Mechanic trade test certificate.
    • Possession of a dual trade is highly advantageous.

    Skills:

    • Pro-active, highly motivated and pay attention to detail.
    • Work independently though being a team player.
    • Customer focused with a results driven approach.
    • Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
    • EC or EC1 driver's licence.

    Experience:

    Used Vehicle Sales Executive (Centurion)

    Description

    • Achieve sales targets.
    • Achieve gross profit.
    • Achieve market penetration as per dealer standards.
    • Maintain an active prospective system.
    • Maintain sales territory management.
    • Conduct regular customer visits as per call cycle.
    • Plan a call cycle – minimum 20 calls per call cycle.
    • Follow up on all quotations to finalise the deal.

    Product Specialist (Centurion)

    Description

    • Provide advice to Customer Service Management and workshops on technical problems or issues.
    • Carry out specialised in-field fault elimination processes and repairs when required.
    • Coordinate any required in-field tests and track results.
    • Compile detailed technical reports when required.
    • Liaise with technical departments at MAN Germany with regards to solutions for in-field problems.
    • Assist CSM staff & where necessary, liaise with relevant departments on technical matters of concern.
    • Compile technical bulletins for MAN and VW.

    • N3 and possess a Diesel Mechanic trade test certificate.

    • Business and technical report writing together with strong presentation skills.
