    Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst

    Description

    • Talent Acquisition at Meltwater operates across 25+ countries and multiple time zones. Behind every successful hire is a network of processes, systems, and administration that must be accurate, efficient, and compliant. As our TA Operations Analyst, you'll play a key role in making that happen.
    • Working as part of our global Talent Acquisition team, you'll play a key role in supporting the operational processes that keep our hiring function running smoothly. From pre-boarding and hiring administration to recruitment systems and compliance, you'll help create an efficient, scalable, and seamless experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
    • Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition EMEA, you'll work closely with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, HR, and hiring managers across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, has exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering a high-quality experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvements in our processes, systems, and ways of working as our global Talent Acquisition function continues to grow.

    What you’ll do;

    • Ensure every new hire has a seamless start by coordinating pre-boarding communications and delivering timely first-day information across our global offices.
    • Review job descriptions and requisitions for quality, consistency, and compliance, ensuring postings meet internal standards and regional legal requirements before going live.
    • Support TA system administration activities, including user access, permissions, workflow configuration, and regular data audits, to ensure our recruiting technology operates effectively.
    • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring candidate, requisition, and hiring data is complete, compliant, and audit-ready.
    • Support background screening activities globally, proactively partnering with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and People Operations to keep hiring on track.
    • Process administrative hiring requests that do not require full-cycle recruitment, including global mobility moves, contractor-to-permanent conversions, and other internal staffing activities.
    • Coordinate the onboarding administration for new contractors globally, managing documentation, approvals, compliance checks, and reporting before each engagement begins.
    • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, HR, and hiring managers to provide operational support and help deliver a best-in-class hiring experience.
    • Help continuously improve our recruitment operations by identifying process enhancements, documenting best practices, and contributing to global TA initiatives and projects.

    Who this is for:

    • Someone who finds genuine satisfaction in well-run processes and clean data. You’ve owned something administrative or operational end-to-end: in HR, recruiting, or a similar environment. You don’t need to be chased. If you own something, it gets done.
    • You’re systems-comfortable. You pick up new tools quickly, and you use AI tools as a normal part of how you work. You can describe specifically how you’ve used them to make repetitive tasks faster or more reliable.

    Essential

    • 1-2 years in an administrative, operations, or coordination role (HR or similar)
    • Bachelor's degree or Equivalent
    • Exceptional attention to detail: you notice when something is wrong, and you fix it
    • Strong written English, to a professional standard
    • Self-directed working style: you manage competing priorities without things falling through the cracks

    Desirable

    • ATS experience (Jobvite, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday Recruiting, or similar)
    • Familiarity with HireRight or equivalent background check platforms
    • Experience with Deel or other contractor/EOR tools
    • Exposure to a global or multi-market environment
