• 1-2 years experience in an auction and/or administrative environment;
• Previous experience in Livestock;
• Valid drivers license.

• Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
• Computer literate (MS Office and Flexi Auction);
• Computer Literacy;
• Must operate under pressure;

• Good customer relations.

Responsibilities:

• Invoicing of Auction transactions (Debtors and Creditors);
• Cash handling and Recons;
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction;
• Balance of auction administration.

• Relevant post matric qualification an advantage;
• Grain Grading courses successfully completed;
• Experience in food safety an added advantage;
• Valid driver’s license.

• Strong physical health in order to do the work (to be able to climb the Silo etc);
• Strong administrative skills;
• Must be prepared to work long hours.

• Grading of Commodities (Grain);
• Control over stock;
• Management of administration;
• Comply with safety regulations as well as that of food safety.
