    Specialist SCP Store Integration

    Minimum requirements

    • Grade 12
    • Previous experience networking with vendors, internal or external stakeholders
    • Proficient in Excel (Intermediate)
    • 2-3 year Retail Experience of which at least 1 year must be PnP specific experience
    • SAP (ERP, BI) knowledge

    Store Operational Integration

    Blockman

    MANAGES RESOURCES TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE TO STANDARDS, REGULATIONS AND SET PLANS TO ACHIEVE TARGETS/ DEADLINES

    • Operate all Butchery Equipment including the Bandsaw.
    • Report any defective equipment/utensils to the Butchery Manager.
    • Control, Merchandise and Promote stock according to laid down procedures and standards.
    • Prepare and break various meat carcasses according to laid down specifications.
    • De-boning all cuts of meat and Manufacture Mince / Produce Sausage and Boerewors.
    • Prevent wastage / shrinkage / damages.
    • Check temperatures and monitor/maintain the cold chain.
    • Provide the required product or services and handle customers in a courteous and businesslike manner.
    • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene of butchery-related equipment and utensils.
    • Assist with the receiving of meat from suppliers.
    • Assist with training staff on various new products / lines. 
    • Must be customer minded and a team player.
    • Good communication skills – listen carefully and respond appropriately.

    Production Assistant

    Job Description

    • To prepare and produce products according to specifications/standards and maintain hygiene, housekeeping and safe working standards (floor and back-up).
    • Manufacture/ prepare and/ or wrap products according to specifications/ standards and daily/ weekly budgets
    • Correctly price random weight/ loose selling items
    • Check correct pricing e.g Labels
    • Conduct regular quality checks, ensure that stock is rotated. Damaged/ expired stock is removed
    • Prevent wastage/ shrinkage/ damages
    • Check temperatures/ maintain the cold chain
    • Ensure that hygiene, housekeeping and safe working standards are maintained (floor back-up)
    • Ensure security procedures are adhered to
    • Operate and clean equipment according to laid down standards

    Senior Team Leader I&T

    Minimum requirements 

    • Diploma or certificate/Tertiary qualification in information systems/business (preferred)
    • SAP RETAIL Certification (preferred)
    • Experience in RETAIL and Supplier Relationship processes, SAP Master Data, Integration experience and CIC (essential)
    • Good understanding of SAP Pricing and Promotional activities in Retail environment (essential)
    • Experience in writing high quality ABAP functional specs, SAP PI specs (essential)
    • Candidate must have good analytical, problem solving/debugging skills, and good oral and written communication
    • Computer literate: MS Office (essential)
    • Minimum of 3 years SAP RETAIL experience (functional analysis, implementation and configuration experience ) - (essential)

    SAP Retail and EDI Service Delivery

    • Provide high class functional consulting services for SAP Retail and EDI related projects and enhancements
    • Assist SAP RETAIL Capability Lead & SAP RETAIL Solution Architects where and when required
