    Requirements

    A vacancy has arisen for a Regional Admin Manager. This role will ensure Company Policies and procedures are adhered to at all times. To ensure smooth and accurate financial reporting. To provide support to staff on day-to-day functions, maintaining a close and professional relationship with all in the business. To support Operations ensuring effective and efficient planning. To be able to lead the administrative team in a professional manner. Preference will be given to suitable applicants in line with the Company Normalization Policy.

    Requirements

    To effect a stock control and management system in the Business Unit to ensure efficient maintenance and control of both new and second hand stock in line with Divisional procedures and processes.

    Correct stock levels of consumables are maintained within the Business Unit

    • Stock levels are maintained in line with Branch Portfolio requirements

    • Stock levels are maintained in line with Sales requirements and forecasts

    • Ensure that stock orders are placed through the correct administrative procedures

    Sufficient stock holding of units are maintained within the Business Unit

    • All stock ordered has been checked and received

    • Weekly and Monthly stock takes

    Investigate stock variances from reports

    • Co-ordinate PPE stock requirements and initiate stock required

    Maintenance and control of second hand stock

    • Second hand stock returned is examined for re-use

    • All broken units to be repaired for re-use

    Issuing and return of daily stock requirements to Service teams.

    • To issue daily stock requirements to Supervisors/Team Leaders.

    • Returns are checked and in line with stock control procedures

    • Stock cards to be kept and maintained in line with stock control processes

    Store room is well maintained and in line with Divisional standards

    • To ensure the store room is clean and tidy with correct shelving and packaging

    Ensure storeroom is maintained following good H&S practices.

    Correct stock levels of consumables are maintained within the Business Unit

    Sufficient stock holding of units are maintained within the Business Unit

    Maintenance and control of second hand stock

    Issuing and return of daily stock requirements to Service teams.

    Store room is well maintained and in line with Divisional standard

    Behavioural

    • Highly numerate

    • Previous experience in inventory and / or stock control

    • Good communication skills to communicate with staff and Suppliers

    • Ability to control budget requirements

    • Good planning and organizations skills

    • Good time management

     

    Skills

    • Minimum Matric or equivalent

    • Unendorsed Code 8/10 Drivers Licence

    • Tertiary qualification preferred and minimum of 5 years stock/warehousing/inventory control experience

    • Computer Literacy (Microsoft word, excel, in-house computer programme)

    Requirements

    A vacancy has arisen for a Sales Consultant selling our Pest Control services in Linbro Park, Gauteng pronvince. Preference will be given to suitable applicants in line with the Company Normalisation Policy.

    To grow the company portfolio and achieve predetermined sales targets by promoting and selling our products and services by

    • penetrating an allocated sales area and sourcing potential new customers

    • contacting existing customers to provide solutions for their current, growing and new needs

    • Use own initiative to obtain appointments with Tier 2 customers (>R15 000 but <R200 000 annual portfolio value)

    • Hold face to face visits with a minimum of 6 decision-makers per day

    • 1 x Customer Review per day

    • Utilise RISE (sales methodology) to understand customer and to shift client around the sales process to decision point

    • Conduct all necessary surveys

    • Obtain target in contract sales as a commitment to the business per month

    • Complete necessary documentation accurately and submit timeously

    • Tracking all KPI’s and other planning and reporting tools
