    Internal Sales Support Specialist- S3

    The Role

    • The internal sales support position provides critical commercial and administrative sales support to the aftermarket sales team for our stationary crushing and mobile crushing & screening customers. This position focuses on quotations, order processing, customer communication and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate and profitable quoting, order processing and delivery of wear and spare parts. The role is key to maintaining high customer satisfaction and supporting revenue growth in the aftermarket business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and manage quotations for spare parts, wear parts and aftermarket services.
    • Support PSSR’s with pricing, availability and lead times.
    • Follow up on quotations and assist in converting quotes into sales orders.
    • Maintain accurate pricing and customer data in CRM/Salesforce
    • Process customer orders from receipt through delivery and invoicing
    • Coordinate with supply chain, planning and logistics to ensure on-time delivery
    • Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and sales team
    • Handle order changes, returns and credit requests in line with Sandvik policies
    • Act as a primary internal contact for customer inquiries related to orders, pricing and delivery
    • Resolve routine customer issues and escalate complex cases when required
    • Support long term customer relationships through responsive and professional communication
    • Work closely with warehouse, procurement, production and finance teams
    • Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders and customer interactions on CRM

    Your Profile:

    • Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales or Marketing (other qualifications will be considered where the requisite experience requirements are met or exceeded)
    • 2-5 years’ experience in internal sales, sales support or customer service, ideally in an engineering or mining services organization.
    • Strong understanding of aftermarket business models is an advantage.
    • Be willing to travel to customer sites or other Sandvik sites (which include travel to other territories if the need arises)
    • Must be a smart worker who is self-motivated, performance-based outcomes orientated and needs no supervision.
    • Valid driver's license.

    Technical Specialist - S4

    The Role

    • Get customer satisfaction by installing, repairing, inspecting and commissioning service, considering economical and other aspects. Advanced problem solving by using of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, operational or process problems; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately in different kinds of situations.

    Key Performance Areas

    • Advanced repairs and inspections of products and equipment of different kind at customer site or own premises.
    • Condition monitoring experience
    • Report and document results after above actions.
    • Responsible for planning and capturing of scheduled maintenance.
    • Execution of planned/unplanned maintenance work on underground mining equipment
    • Deep knowledge of the tasks, tools and procedures associated with providing technical support to the sales team and customers.
    • Support the customer’s product/equipment/processes by suggesting possible improvements to more advanced technical solutions and products.
    • Take into consideration energy efficiency, environmental impact and maintenance costs when giving customer support.
    • Provide advanced technical support and advice to the sales team.
    • Ability to produce positive results in sales-client interventions.
    • Guide and train colleagues in service methods and tools.
    • Share own knowledge to enable colleagues to expand their knowledge.

    Your Profile

    • Grade 12 / N3 Technical Qualification / Equivalent Qualification
    • Section 13 or 26D Trade: Mechanical / Electrician / Millwright (Trade to be accompanied by proof of apprenticeship)
    • Trade certificate as a Millwright will be advantageous
    • Computer literacy: Excel, Word, Power Point, Maximo
    • English proficiency
    • Experience with PLCs, CANbus, Ethernet, Automation/ Navigation equipment, Wifi, Fibre Optics
    • Advanced training in hydraulics will be advantageous
    • Relevant mining experience (5 years)
    • Relevant mechanized mining experience (5 years)
    • Underground/ Surface mining environment
