Be a key part of an exciting design team and participate in activities throughout the design process from discover, define and design to delivering products and services with a broad view of product and service design and a thorough understanding of complex service ecosystems.

Design facing:

• Provide interaction solutions and prototypes focusing on design and concepting across channels such as mobile, web, PC applications and interactive TV.
• Provide and receive ‘critical’ feedback , and participate in feedback conversations.
• Work on projects from concept and sketching to final design and asset creation.
• Work with high profile brands and within tight brand guidelines and timescales.
• Responsible for the creation and delivery of brand guidelines and specifications.
• Actively develop the Experience Design knowledge base.
• Perform research and provide critical analysis on relevant topics.
• Gain, develop and maintain a high-level knowledge of all the capabilities and skill sets, and participate in knowledge sharing activities.

The Interaction Designer should have experience in or an understanding of the following:

• Relevant Bachelors Degree and minimum of 5-8 years relevant work experience.
• A portfolio of UX-specific work will be required.

Job description

Be involved in and contribute to the conceptual development and delivery of visual design.

Knowledge, experience and technical skills:Proficient in relevant software packages including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

• Demonstrable skills in illustration, photography, or diagrammatic expertise and iconography are an advantage.
• A good understanding of 3D graphics packages, motion graphics software and Office packages are an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems effectively and efficiently.
• Keen to learn, with a willingness to broaden skill set across all Design competencies.
• Engage with and work within changing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to develop and maintain open, honest and trusting relationships.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Able to function, adapt and succeed in a constantly changing environment.
• Able to demonstrate initiative.
• Willingness to travel and work overseas.
• 5 years' relevant experience.
