Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review Supply processes across the Africa Zone to identify areas for optimization, standardization and stabilization using key Transformation Principles
• Map E2E as is processes, assess interdependencies, perform a gap analysis (People, Process, Tech) and design to be processes in line with:
• Sarbanes Oxley and Management Internal Controls
• Functional Excellence Programs
• Best in class external and internal benchmarks
• Standardized Global/Zone practices and processes
• Sign off from key stakeholders (Zone, In Country, Process Owners, etc.)
• Developing sustainable business cases and plans that lead to improvement in maturity
• Building relationships with key stakeholders & stakeholder management across projects (In Country, BU, Zone & Global teams)
• Partnering with key stakeholders to ensure a successful transition between as is and to be processes
• Working with Process Owners, Change Management & Tech teams to ensure holistic documentation and training for to be processes
• Leveraging lean six sigma tools and techniques to ensure that waste is eliminated, defects are minimized, and improvement opportunities are identified
• As a Product Owner, the role is responsible for collaboration and embracing agile ways of work, ensuring team accountability and responsibility
• It requires ownership of the Supply transformation agenda, pushing the boundaries for excellent delivery and focus on root cause problem solving, using diverse and collective skills to support, manage and lead members of the transformation squad.

Job Description

• The key purpose of this role is to provide the plant with a comprehensive and professional environment and occupational health and safety system. Ensuring compliance to environment and safety systems, standards and work practices to achieve targets set for the VPO environment and safety pillars as well as the environment and safety KPI’s.

• 3-5 years' experience in either Safety/environment Facilitator or Controller role

The Key Purpose of this role is to implement and improve the corporate compliance program. Develop initiatives to prevent, detect, investigate, and address unethical conduct.

Develop training and awareness programs to drive ethical culture with employees and 3rd party partners.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate cross-functionally across the Zone to support the implementation of policies, systems, and programs that drive compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
• Develop risk-based policies, procedures, and standards for the Zone.
• Deliver quality investigations through effective investigation planning and case management, in accordance with investigation guidelines and procedures.
• Develop and implement effective training and communication strategy for the Zone.
• Maintain strong partnerships with GRM, Security, People, and Internal Control to promote transparent and quick learning from issues, challenges and identified trends.
• Deliver robust and effective breach management process in collaboration with the legal, security, people, and global Ethics & Compliance teams.
• Proactively use analytics to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Develop and track compliance dashboards, providing monthly reports to senior leadership and quarterly reports to the BU and Zone Compliance Committees.
• Conduct root cause analysis on identified irregularities with adequate remediation actions implemented timely and in full.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the Zone’s Ethics and Compliance program

Minimum Requirements:

• Professional qualification in Law, Audit, Internal Controls, Accounting or Risk Management.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Compliance, internal audit or internal control.
• Strong knowledge of local, national, and international laws and compliance standards.
• Leadership and team management ability.
• Strong moral values and integrity.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
