    Job description:

    • Calling all future digital masterminds! We are looking for a PPC specialist to join our fast-growing team. If you're enthusiastic and have a passion for all things digital, this is the role for you.
    • There is a lot of opportunity for growth depending on how well you take to the role. We recently signed a Premier Partnership with Google and are one of only a few select companies to have done so worldwide. There are some great incentives available if targets are met.
    • On a daily basis you can expect to:
    • Create awesome PPC and paid search campaigns
    • Monitor these campaigns and create optimisation recommendations
    • Compile campaign reporting, tracking and analysis
    • Discover new revenue opportunities such as display advertising and paid search on different platforms
    • Optimise landing pages to improve campaign performance
    • Collaborate with our digital marketing specialist’s to ensure effective integration of integrated campaigns
    • Liaise with campaign managers to deliver desired results for campaigns
    • Help your clients to increase their business by attracting great leads

    Requirements

    • Minimum of two to three years’ experience in a similar role
    • Previous experience working in an agency environment is an advantage
    • Relevant diploma or degree
    • Google AdWords certified
    • A good understanding of SEO
    • Personal skills/attributes
    • Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks
    • Ability to manage time effective
    • Ability to work in a team and on your own
    • A real passion for all things digital

    Junior-Mid Traffic Manager

    Job description:

    The Cape Town office is growing quickly and we need an intelligent individual who has stamped their mark on all things digital to join the traffic team as a junior to mid-level traffic manager. We’re looking for that zealous, vibey person who can fit right in and get along with the quirky characters that personify the Sea Point office.

    As a traffic manager, you'll do the following:

    • Schedule/plan work into the studio
    • Create/oversee timing plans
    • Maintain deadlines
    • Liaise with client facing staff, studio staff, and developers
    • Update job status on the project management platform
    • Perform required administration related to the traffic function
    • Problem solve challenges and bring a sense of calm to a busy studio
    • Check that work is within budget

    Requirements:

    • Minimum two to three years' experience within an agency traffic role
    • Excellent computer and communication skills
    • A good understanding of the advertising/digital industry and the creative process
    • Ability to recommend and define processes to continuously improve the business
    • Ability to understand a client's business and project requirements
