    Manager Sales Strategic Accounts (6 Months Contract)

    • A vacancy (6 months contract) exists in the Fleet Sales Department, which forms part of the Vehicle Sales Division and is based in Cape Town. This position reports to the Senior Fleet Manager and will focus on fleet sales and related business development.

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

    • Management of strategic fleet accounts, fleet business development, customer relations and marketing activities
    • Management and development of strategic fleet managers nationally
    • Management of vehicle sales forecasting, sales planning and targets

    Assistant Manager Sales Technical System

    Purpose                                             

    • To provide systems, administrative, and analytical support to ensure the effective coordination of projects, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement between internal teams, dealers, and suppliers. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, maintaining accurate information, and supporting business processes. 

    KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

    Systems & Project Coordination

    • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of system-related projects.
    • Track project progress, maintain schedules, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
    • Assist with implementation of new systems, enhancements, or process changes.

    Business & Data Analysis

    • Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
    • Analyse operational data and prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries for management.
    • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used for reporting and decision-making.

    Administrative Support

    • Maintain system records, logs, and documentation in line with company standards.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • NQF Level 5 qualification in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Sales Management, Marketing or a related field.
    • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a system-related or business support environment.
    • Proven exposure to Project Management principles and coordination.
    • Strong administrative experience with the ability to manage records and documentation.
    • Experience in a Business and/or Data Analyst role, including data collection, validation, and reporting.
    • Experience interacting with Toyota, dealers, and suppliers in a professional or operational capacity.
    • High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook.

    Desig Artisan Maintenance TCPED

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

    • Perform Electrical / Mechanical maintenance on all plant equipment.
    • Maintenance, Fault finding & Repairs on PLC, Motors, Hoists, Conveyors (floor & overhead), DB’s, Lights, Fans, Spray systems, Lifters, rollers, ovens, hangers (carriers), pumps, paint systems, pneumatics, hydraulics & all plant facility equipment.
    • Servicing & repairs of Paint equipment, Pneumatic Pumps & Motors,
    • Participation in machine & facility upgrade projects
    • Perform legal compliance checks. Maintain quality standards & work in accordance with ISO standards.
    • TPM’s & RCA on all plant facility
    • Attend to equipment breakdowns.

    • Standby responsibility, start-up and switch off responsibility, and weekend duty.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • N3 + Trade tested, (MILLWRIGHT).
    • Minimum 2 - 4 years post apprenticeship experience in manufacturing environment (preferable).
    • Experience in pneumatics, electro-pneumatics & hydraulics
    • PLC’s and Robotics experience would be an advantage
    • Must be prepared to work both day & night shifts on rotational basis, overtime and standby as and when required.

    Contractor: Logistics Engineer

    • To assist the Part Logistics Operations performing kaizen projects and providing operational support to improve the overall dealer and supplier logistics performance.

    Duration:

    • 12 Months Contract

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

    Group Leader Maintenance TCPED

    Job Description

    • Reporting to the TCP-ED Plant Maintenance Section Manager, you will fulfill the necessary requirements to meet the Company’s objectives, by providing leadership to the Maintenance department, to ensure a facility that enables the production of vehicles of a high-quality standard, in a cost-effective manner:

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Co-ordinate, organise and plan general plant maintenance and shutdown activities.
    • Fault diagnostics on PLC’s, Drives, Robotics, Lifters, Ovens, E-Coat process, Floor and Overhead Conveyor Systems.
    • Planned Maintenance – Must be able to draw up and implement maintenance schedules.

    • Condition Monitoring – must be able to monitor the condition of sophisticated automatic machinery and implement and conduct pro-active repairs and actions.

    • Good working knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Robotics, Lifters, floor and Overhead conveyors and PLC
    • Knowledge of ISO 9000 and ISO 14001 requirements
