Requirements:

• Finance / Business / Economics / Accounting degree
• Good understanding of the South African economy
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Fast learner
• Self-Motivated
• Good mathematical understanding
• Some work experience would be beneficial but is not necessary if everything else fits
• Debt Review Experience is advantageous.

Marketing Support 

Monitor and manage social media channels such as Facebook & Instagram:

• Replying to comments on Facebook
• Responsible for Onboarding Clients (Webchat, WhatsApp & Facebook Messenger)
• Responsible for creating and assigning new leads from communication channels, Facebook & WhatsApp, to the Onboarding Team
• Responsible for actioning replies from bulk SMS/Email campaigns we run and forwarding them to the correct department.

Additional Assistance 

•  Provide exceptional support to our clients, addressing inquiries to the Client Success Group Department received via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and/or conversation box
• Responsible for Onboarding team group email address (Respond / Forward emails, escalate queries, SMS management, and communication to the relevant consultant or department).
• Responsible for assigning Onboarding assessments to consultants
• Responsible for managing unassigned messages in the Onboarding WhatsApp conversation box.
• Responsible for Internal Referrals. (Ensuring they are loaded correctly, sending out communication to clients, and obtaining reviews).

Requirements

Experience & Requirements:

• Experience in using Facebook Business Suite
• Experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• The ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
