    Quality Assurance Auditor- Cape Town

    Job Specification:

    • Quality Assurance and Compliance Planning and Coordination
    • Manage and evaluate quality levels to achieve maximum compliance.
    • Develop, implement and evaluate Quality Assurance and Compliance plans to meet the organisation objectives.
    • Drive the quality assurance processes and solutions with customers and 3rd Party Auditors to deliver required compliance levels
    • Work closely with key stakeholders to provide quality and compliance insights to drive performance.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and objections and maintain ongoing relationships.
    • Identify areas for service improvement
    • Identify training requirements for PCO’s and Service Managers
    • Provide technical and advisory support to internal and external customers
    • Manage and facilitate management reviews and audits.
    • Provide information, highlight key risks and give technical input to your line manager.
    • Utilise networking and development opportunities to remain abreast of the latest trends and technology.
    • Lead a process for tracking the status of resolutions of provider audit findings.
    • Compile and consolidate related reports.
    • Take ownership and accountability for tasks and activities and demonstrate effective self-management in terms of planning and prioritising, and self-development. 
    • Demonstrate willingness to help others and go the extra mile to meet team targets and objective

    Requirements
     

    • Grade 12
    • 5 Years’ experience in Pest Control and Hygiene (Essential)
    • Structural Pest Control and Fumigation (Essential)
    • Sound knowledge of auditing guidelines (AIB, IBL, FSSC, BRC, HACCP)
    • Food Processing Manufacturing experience (Essential)
    • MUST have a valid P-registration with the Department of Agriculture
    • Business Management Diploma or certificate (Advantageous)
    • Previous Operations Management (Advantageous)
    • Stock Management Experience
    • Be able to work flexible hours
    • Good communication skills

    The successful incumbent must have the following skill sets:

    Site Manager - Hammersdale

    Description

    • We are growing our Cleaning Services and require a skilled and competent Site Manager to join the Ecowize Group. 

    Job Specification: 

    • Manage and coordinate all operational functions on site. 
    • Delivery a daily Food Safe Facility to customer standards.  
    • Use information obtained at the site to complete inspections, micros, audits, and customer feedback. 
    • Managing of site budgets and manage man-hours as per shift schedule.  
    • Responsible for staff management and resolving HR related matters.  
    • Coaching and mentoring of staff as well as developing skills. 
    • Drive Occupational Health and Safety and make recommendations to improve the process.  
    • Ensure internal audits meet daily requirements.  
    • Close out any raised non – conformance of micros out of specification and following up on NCR’s. 
    • Liaise daily with customers.  
    • Assist with recruitment for the region as the need arises.  
    • Assist with coordinating training interventions at site level.  

    Requirements
    Job Requirements: 

    • Management /or Food Technology Qualification (advantageous). 
    • Experience in FMCG and or cleaning industry essential. 
    • Staff Management and Labour Relations experience is essential.  
    • Experience working with a Hygiene Quality Management System is advantageous. 
    • Own reliable transport essential and willingness to travel.  
    • Good command of the English Language. 
    • High-Quality administrative skills required. 
    • Be flexible to work at various sites as requested on short notice.

    Service Manager - Cape Town

    Description

    • Ecowize has been protecting brands in the food and beverage industry for over 20 years, executing world class services, products, technologies, solutions and systems. The Ecowize Pest Control and Hygiene Division is looking for a experienced and certified Pest Control Service Manager based in Western Cape.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Manage and lead Pest Control and Hygiene team.
    • Effectively resolve client queries on a daily basis.
    • Coaching and mentoring of staff.
    • Drive Occupational Health and Safety and make recommendations to improve the process.
    • Ensure internal and external audits standard are met.
    • Close out any raised non-conformance.
    • Liaise daily with customers.
    • Assist with recruitment for the region as the need arises. 
    • Manage training interventions to ensure Pest Control Team, understand all auditing standards to deliver service excellence on a daily basis.
    • You will be responsible for inspecting buildings and the surrounding property for signs of insects, rodents and other pests.
    • Then determine which treatment is best and use the proper baits or traps to remove them.
    • Spray chemical solutions, powders, and gases on or near surfaces of a building or house to eliminate pests.
    • Identify invading pests, including rats, termites, snakes, wasps, ants, spiders, mosquitos, or bed bugs.
    • Set mechanical traps and place bait. Remove dead rodents after extermination.

    Requirements
     

    Job Requirements:

    • Pest Control Operator experience is essential.
    • P-Registration with Department of Agriculture.
    • Able to work flexible hours and overtime.
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel.
    • Staff Management experience is essential.
    • Experience working AIB, FFSC2022 Auditing standards is essential.
    • Good command of the English Language.
    • High-Quality administrative skills required.
