    Senior Java Engineer - PDS

    Why this role is exciting:

    • As a Java Engineer, you will be responsible for delivery and supporting features for Impact systems. This person will be part of an Agile / Scrum team and is expected to mentor squad members.
    • An ideal candidate for this role would be a competent Java Engineer with a proven track record of project delivery that has a deep understanding of Elastic Search with experience optimising and performance tuning Elastic clusters.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review business requirements; design, implement and test solutions; and, perform code reviews.
    • Gain and maintain a deep understanding of the business and product domain to deliver effective solutions.
    • Provide transparency through daily Scrums, Kanban (or similar).
    • Identify, raise and address system vulnerabilities and technology blockers for the squad.

    Senior Systems Salesforce Analyst

    Your Role at Impact:

    • This role forms part of a growing global Business Applications Team who are responsible for partnering with business teams such as Revenue Operations to ensure Impact has a suite of carefully selected, fit for purpose, well managed, tightly governed and well adopted technology platforms and tools that work together to drive internal productivity.  
    • As a Systems Analyst, you will form part of the team responsible for driving the design, implementation, support and maintenance of Impact’s Sales Technology stack , of which Salesforce is the key platform. You will ensure the tech stack is supported,  delivering value, continuously evolving to meet business needs and well integrated to provide a seamless user experience.

    What you'll do:

    • Work with business teams and Business Analysts to elicit,  translate and document business requirements
    • Model and design well‐architected solutions that best leverage our internal core platforms. 
    • Configure and implement solutions: out of the box configuration and data migrations
    • Produce project artifacts such as user flows, logical models and technical solutions documents

    • 5+ years of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud  experience

    Your Role at Impact

    • As an Associate Technical Writer you will play a key role in developing content and programs to drive product and feature adoption and user self-service while helping internal teams understand how customers use our products to successfully drive revenue and improve their marketing ROI. Your audience includes internal support teams and self-service customers, including brands, publishers, creators, affiliate managers, agencies, and tech implementation users.

    What You’ll Do

    • Work with product managers, developers, support teams, and SMEs to gain an in-depth  understanding of the technical and business aspects of our products and the use cases for their features.
    • Author and develop high-quality product content.
    • Manage the process of creating, collecting, editing, and curating knowledge across various teams and locations.

    Associate Data Analyst II

    Why this role is exciting:

    • The associate data analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting large and complex datasets to identify patterns and trends, surfacing facts and assist in developing insights and providing data-driven outputs and recommendations to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in and some prior experience of data analysis, reporting and forecasting. The associate data analyst needs to be a clear communicator that can confidently interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • The associate data analyst will form part of and actively participate in the data analytics competency, with special focus on building data and reporting outputs as directed by senior team members. The analyst will be a contributing member of the analytics center of excellence (ACoE) and adopt best practices as outlined by ACoE leadership.

    • Extract and analyze data from various sources including relational databases (mySQL, postgres), big data technologies (BigQuery, Kudu, Impala, SingleStore, Hive), file sources (parquet, ORC, avro, csv, xlsx) and reporting systems (Looker, DOMO)
    • Assist with the identification, creation and maintenance of master datasets

    Senior ETL Engineer II

    Why this role is exciting: 

    • The Senior ETL Engineer is able to manage, process and analyze large datasets using big data technologies such as Spark, SingleStore and BigQuery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to move, transform, and aggregate data from various sources into a centralized data warehouse and purpose-built data marts. The Senior ETL engineer will maintain ETL code and the resulting data assets, ensuring internal data quality and integrity standards are adhered to. 
    • The position requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and experience with big data technologies. This is a highly collaborative role as the ETL engineer needs to engage with Subject Matter Experts to implement business logic, understand source data structures and ensure data outputs are accurate, fit-for-purpose, pass quality assurance and provide value to the business.

    Responsibilities: 

    • Design, develop and maintain ETL processes leveraging big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Google DataFlow, SingleStore, Impala, Kudu and BigQuery
    • Write and maintain Pyspark ETL notebooks in Databricks
    • Assist Business Intelligence engineers, Data Scientists and Data Analysts with extraction and visualization of produced data sets
    • Work with data scientists, data engineers, subject matter experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to gather requirements and understand the data needs of the organization
    • Develop and maintain data models (ERDs), data dictionaries and data flow diagrams
    • Document business logic used in ETL processes
    • Maintain table and column metadata

    • Experience with Databricks advantageous
