    Controller Spare Parts

    Job Specification

    • Reporting to Manager Workshop and Spares, the incumbent will be responsible for sales and all aspects relating to the sales of spare parts of the branch. Maintains customer registration. Controls movement of stock and supervises the clerical aspects of the store's documentation function. Reviews records compiled for ordering, shipped and received materials. Assesses stock supply and re-order status. Verifies requisitions for additional stock items, utilising the appropriate forms.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12 qualification
    • 2 years relevant spare parts knowledge and sales experience

    Key performance indicators include:

    • Sales of spare parts
    • Responsible for ordering of stock and direct orders
    • Movement of goods recorded daily, accurately and on-time
    • Stock takes recorded accurately and on-time
    • Control of effective stock levels
    • Identify and control old and stagnant/slow moving stock
    • Stock rotations recorded timeously, accurately and on-time
    • Inform clients on product offerings and application
    • Secures quantity, quality, and sale of product offering
    • Organise own work effectively to complete tasks on-time and per priority
    • Report functional information on time and at the right quality
    • Apply practices, policies, standards, procedures and methods consistently
    • Always maintain store hygiene, housekeeping and safety practices
    • Ad hoc functions relating to the above

    Logistics Packaging Specialist

    Job Specification

    Reporting to the Senior Manager Procurement, the incumbent would be responsible for the supply, logistics alignment and execution of Packing Material demand plans developed in conjunction with Fruit Exporters, Fruit Packhouses and Mega Growers.

    The execution of these agreements includes:

    • The integration of Supplier Production Plans, Category Demand Plans, Customer Pack Programs and Agrimark Stockholding Plans
    • Co-ordinating logistics related to the flow of Packing Material from Suppliers & Agrimark DC’s to Packhouses and / or Growers
    • Ensuring compliance to the agreed service levels
    • Ensuring efficient supply related information sharing between stakeholders (Suppliers, BRM’s, Branch Managers, Exporters, Packhouses and Growers.)
    • Resolving supply and logistics related queries and implementing ad hoc changes to plans timeously
    • The incumbent will support key stakeholders with the optimization of business processes to streamline the flow of Packing Material and to align packing material availability with pack programs.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Relevant B Degree
    • Thorough understanding of the seasonality of fruit export markets
    • Advanced data analytics and cost analyses skills
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
    • Blue Yonder systems skills will be advantageous
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

    • Drive central stock planning and allocations for the portfolio
    • Efficient demand forecasting and bulk purchasing
    • Reporting functional information and administration

    • Ensure Fruit Exporters, Fruit Packhouses and Mega Growers receive excellent customer service and support
    • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends and competitor activities
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities

    • Drive the automation/optimization of packaging material processes and inventory control platforms
    • Identify and collect data from internal & external sources to support B2B interaction leading to business growth

    Junior Manager Financial Services

    Job Specification

    • Reporting to Financial Services Manager, the incumbent would be responsible for evaluating risk within a sub-section of portfolio. Makes the credit decisions and is held accountable for all decisions made within a specified mandate.

    Minimum Requirements

    • BCom degree / BAgric
    • 2 years related experience in an agricultural retail sector
    • Ability to effectively communicate and/or negotiate with good level of proficiency
    • Knowledge of credit management processes and controls
