    Senior Specialist Buyer eCommerce - EM South

    Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

    • To support the execution of the product and assortment strategy for the eCOM channel. The role is responsible for a wide range of tasks related to range building, online product launches, analytics, and seasonal trading.
    • This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional digital teams at both hub and cluster level and will interact frequently with Digital Marketing, Trade & Allocation, and CTC Teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create weekly online product insight reports (conversion, traffic, sell-through, search trends) and present findings during digital trade meetings.
    • Monitor online product performance, highlighting bestsellers, underperformers, and stock-outs with recommended actions.
    • Review ATP availability, and replenishment needs weekly, suggesting top-ups, or markdowns in line with commercial strategy.
    • Support in building the eCOM assortments for Inline seasonal ranges, GFO, and clearance product based on digital requirements and commercial opportunities.
    • Support the eCOM team on digital campaign execution including product selection for drops, promotions, weekly offers, and brand moments.
    • Work closely with Brand, Digital Marketing, and CX teams to plan and support online product launches and seasonal storytelling.
    • Conduct seasonal competitor comp shops focused on digital pricing, assortment, and UX (product presentation, navigation)
    • Maintain awareness of global trends and consumer behaviour, providing insights relevant to online merchandising and product strategy.
    • Partner closely with Concept Stores, Digital Marketing, Brand and CTC teams to ensure accurate representation of product online.
    • Manage the local production process, ensuring eCom-specific product needs are briefed and delivered on time.
    • Coordinate product shoots, including sample readiness, styling direction, and adherence to brand guidelines. Ensure all final imagery meets quality, brand and commercial requirements for online use.

    • Excitement around product and knowledge of the sports industry
    • Ability to use MS Word, PowerPoint
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making skills

    Senior Specialist Buyer Value Channel - EM South

    Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

    • To execute the product strategy for Hybrid stores. Responsibilities include an array of projects & tasks related to range building and seasonal product strategy.
    • This individual will work on cross-functional projects at both hub and cluster level and will have high interaction with other functions such as Operations, Trade and Allocation, Category Management (CTC) & Visual Merchandising. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create weekly product insight reports and present during trade call – store trends and performance
    • Support in building assortments for both inline seasonal ranges, GFO as well as clearance product for Hybrid and Value stores.
    • Support Hybrid stores on execution of campaigns, promotions, and product needs.
    • Review bestsellers and blackhole product, suggest actions on inventory movement and top-up orders.
    • Manage product seasonal flow and new store product strategy.
    • Pull basic reports using Power BI, and provide strong interpretation of data
    • Completion of seasonal comp shop
    • Maintain awareness of global trends and showcase effective ways of keeping abreast of consumer movements in store.
    • Work closely with Omni to plan and execute launches and promotions
    • Work closely with T&A, Ecom and CS teams to ensure in-season product strategy and pricing is executed and maintained.
    • Execute in-season commercial trade opportunities in line with commercial needs / stock opportunities through weekly review of ATP.
    • Work closely with VC Merchandise Buying Manager, local sourcing team and CTC to curate and brief in local production Value Channel range.
    • Analyse Hybrid store performance and manage weekly check-ins with store managers
    • Create strong relationships with CS, eCOM merchandising team

    Senior Specialist Financial Analyst - EM South

    Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

    • The Financial Analyst’s role is to provide support with financial planning, analysis, reporting, and data input in compliance with adidas Group finance policies and guidance.
    • This requires a good understanding of the business, accurate and timely reporting as well as in-depth analysis combined with competent and professional business partnering. Good comprehension of a complex business model and working with multiple currencies & legal structures.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the FP&A team with accurate, timely and in-depth monthly and ad hoc reporting and analysis
    • Data input for planning processes (forecast, budget, IBP, SBP) and support the monthly financial closing in line with adidas Group standards/policies
    • Monthly review, in-depth analysis and controlling of key P&L items and CAPEX to ensure accurate reporting
    • Responsible for creation of finance master data creation
    • Proactively identify key process and system issues by analyzing and comparing data from different sources of information
    • Strong collaboration with FP&A and local finance team to support strict global and local deadlines
    • Preparation of monthly local financial results and business update presentations

    • Timely submission of routine Financial and Management Reports
    • Accuracy of actual reporting and forecasts validation

    • Experience in financial reporting and analysis
    • Advanced Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Experience using AI (MS Co-Pilot) advantageous
    • SAP & BI experience is an advantage
    • 3-4+ years of experience in the same or similar field
    • Solid accounting skills and experience
    • Industry experience: ideally in retail/apparel/fashion/consumer goods
