    Associate Change Control Analyst

    Your day at NTT DATA

    • The Associate Change Control Analyst is an entry level subject matter expert, responsible for working under the guidance of more experienced colleagues and assists with the coordination and governance of requests for simple changes, thereby ensuring the continuous availability of IT services.
    • The Associate Change Control Analyst helps to ensure that all changes are introduced in the live production environments of clients happen in a controlled and coordinated manner, ensuring minimal disruption of services.
    • This role follows standardized methods and procedures for efficient handling of all changes.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Under guidance, implements the change control strategy, processes, policies and methods and applies and executes these accordingly.
    • Learns how to apply principles and disciplines as prescribed by ITIL to the process.
    • Under guidance, takes control of the complete change management lifecycle for simple changes and manages this process to successful execution.
    • Receives and process requests for changes (RFC) on a regular basis and ensure that these are classified and prioritized based on importance, impact and complexity.
    • Supports with assessing the risk and technical impact associated with the change and ensure that the correct technical team resolves or deals with the matter.
    • Under guidance, plans, coordinates and prioritizes changes based on relatedness and priority and use schedules to track, manage and report on the fulfilment of change requests.
    • Learns by participating in review boards as required to review the success of changes implemented and to conduct an analysis of the process.
    • Supports with reporting on metrics that relate to the reporting of the volume of changes, types of changes and no failures of changes.
    • Supports by ensuring that all changes to the project are documented, approved, and tracked.
    • Supports with monitoring the progress of the change and makes sure that it is implemented as planned.

    Data Centre Managed Services Engineer (L2)

    • As a Data Centre Managed Services Engineer (L2) at NTT DATA, you will play an essential role in maintaining our clients' IT infrastructure and systems. Your expertise will help keep everything running smoothly by proactively monitoring, identifying, investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems.     • As a Data Centre Managed Services Engineer, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining our data center.
    • You will be essential to the implementation and maintenance of our process control systems, which will guarantee the effective and secure running of our operations.
    • You will also help with the daytoday operations of our data center by providing support to all areas of IT including VMware vSphere Virtualization, NSX, ESXi Hypervisor and Platform (vCPE), Storage Management, Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server Administration and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Expert in deploying and managing services on VMware (vSphere), Azure, AWS and other virtual platforms as needed

    Financial Accountant

    • The Financial Accountant is an experienced professional who supports the preparation of routine financial reports, manages journal entries, facilitates month-end, and performs balance sheet reconciliations.
    • The primary focus of this role is to assist in the financial accounting of treasury transactions across the group and ensure accurate reporting for designated holding companies.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Plans month-end activities which includes the preparation and processing of month-end journal entries and executing a variety of actions in the accounting system.
    • Prepares and processes treasury related transactions in our ERP system (SAP). Reconciles back to Treasury reports and follows up on any variances.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Advise and consult with industry business leaders and sales leaders to develop a global industry marketing strategy designed to achieve growth targets.
