    Replenishment Driver

    Job Description    

    • Manage allocated load and/or vehicle on assigned route to ensure  products are delivered without incurring any damages.
    • Prepare vehicle for trip and operate heavy-duty vehicle
    • Handle required documentation and perform ancillary duties.
    • Follow all other reasonable instructions from the Manager
    • Adhere to all applicable SOP’s and safety procedures
    • Follow the reporting procedure of emergencies and defects/ breakdowns
    • Housekeeping of vehicle
    • Adhere to AARTO rules at all times

    Qualification Requirements    

    • Matric 
    • Valid Code 14 driver’s licence with PrDP

    Experience Requirements    

    • A minimum of 24 months driving experience
    • 3-5 years in a similar role

    Manager Shift Production

    Main Objectives

    • To manage 3 Production Plants within the operations to achieve operational objectives of the budgeted quantities, qualities, and cost effectiveness in a safer manner. Responsible to manufacture bread to the right specifications and quality – on time and in full, also ensuring a high-performance culture, driving the Premier Way.

    Skills and Attributes Required

    • Bakery process quality requirements and standards.
    • Management and leadership principles and practices including IR Related matters.
    • Function of raw materials and quality, especially flour.
    • FSSC22000 Food Safety, Occupational Health and Safety.
    • Deciding and initiating action, planning and organising within a pressurised environment.
    • Working with people, presenting and communicating information as well as networking.
    • Adhere to principles and values.
    • Analysing, relating interpretation and presenting of analysis.
    • Coping with pressures and setbacks.

    Qualification Requirements    

    • Grade 12 with numerical ability and PC Literacy - Essential
    • Chamber of Baking certificate – Essential
    • Equivalent OR similar related qualification would be considered.

    Experience Requirements    

    • FMCG Plant Bakery Production Management experience (plant size minimum of 5000 loaves per hour) - 3-5 Years – Essential

    Key Outputs    

    • Pressurized environment.
    • Must be able to work shifts.
    • Required to work Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
    • Overtime expected from time to time.

    Storeman Maintenance

    Main Objective

    • To maintain sufficient maintenance stocks in accordance with the maintenance department requirements and standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ordering and receiving of goods.
    • Ensure that all materials are available and issued as per maintenance requirements.
    • Stock levels are maintained in accordance with specifications.
    • Stock losses/shrinkages are eliminated.
    • Redundant stock prevented.
    • Receiving and issuing of spares.
    • Issuing out of tools and equipment.
    • Stock control records are maintained as per company standards.
    • Housekeeping of the Store.
    • Manage stock take – Weekly and end of month.
    • Maintaining of min and max stock levels.
    • Getting the service and quality from Service providers.
    • Inventory monitoring and management of critical spares and obsolete stock. • E-CODE system.
    • Ordering Stock through buyer

    Skills and Knowledge

    • Food safety knowledge.
    • Safe working practices.
    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office with a strong excel knowledge, experience on C-works will be an added advantage.
    • Good management skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Planning and organizing skills.
    • Accuracy and high level of attention to detail.

    • Stock rotation

    Qualification Requirements    

    • Matric / Grade 12.
    • Driving license Code B Other

    Experience Requirements    

    • 3 – 5 years’ experience in a Workshop/ Engineering environment.

    Key Outputs    

    • Availability for excessive working hours, including weekends and shifts, as required by the role.
    • Ability to work in environments exposed to noise and warm temperatures. • Own transportation to commute to work locations or travel as necessary.

    Maintenance Foreman

    Purpose of the job:

    • To lead and supervise the Bakery maintenance team responsible for asset care through preventative and corrective maintenance on site according to Premier quality and safety standards. (The Premier way). 

    Responsibilities:

    • To ensure optimal plant asset management
    • Ensure high performance culture in the maintenance team
    • To ensure full statutory and regulatory compliance to all health and safety and food safety requirements
    • To ensure continuous improvement of the maintenance process and function
    • To complete training and development and stand in for the Maintenance manager as needed to build capacity in the succession pipeline for this role.

    • Ability to work in a team environment
