Tetra Pak® South Africa is embarking on a Diversity and Inclusion Recruitment Drive where we are looking for a driven and organized Services Intern (PERSON WITH DISABILITY ONLY) for 12 months.
You will support the Services intern team daily in the execution of its functions by attending to customer enquiries, driving administrative tasks and supporting the Services department in the execution of their duties.
Your key stakeholders will be Services Director, Service Administrators, Planner, Key Account Manager and Services Engineers.
The position is based in Bedfordview, Johannesburg.
What you will do
Support Technical and Service admin
Ordering of training manuals
Receiving training feedback from trainers and customers.
Creating certificates for customer technicians.
Sending certificates along with invoices to customers
Archiving training documents and filing.
Distributing PPE and clothing to allocated Service Engineer or Technicians.
Courier local and international documents or goods to customers.
Assisting store man with managing stores and adhoc stores duties.
Keeping track of tools sent and booked in by Service Engineers.
Requesting travel invoices for CWTS.
Follow up on PO’s for outstanding open costs.
Assist with preparing safety files for Service Engineers.
Requesting Certificates of fitness from the local company Nurse.
Booking annual medicals for Service Engineers.
Track open tickets with travel agent.
Request list from Finance for PO’s needed to be GRN’d.
We believe you have
A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration.
Curious and a fast learner who is results orientated
Capable of working independently, with little supervision
Can work within cross-functional teams and is able to engage with people at all levels
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Have good computer skills and that you are proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Adapts well, deals with uncertainty, and is able make the changes required in order to complete assigned tasks on time
Treats company resources like their own, adheres to set budget and follows policies and procedures
Tetra Pak South Africa has an opening for an experienced Accountant who will provide accurate information for financial reporting. works within established procedures and practices with a limited degree of supervision.
The successful candidates will be based in Johannesburg, reporting to the Accounting & Tax Manager.
What you will do
Monthly and Quarterly reporting – ensuring all general ledger accounts are correct functional and cost centre wise
Yearend assistance with audit, year end book closing
Quality reporting
Journal postings
GL Accounting support to Accounting Manager
Netting and inter company reconciliations
Preparation and reconciliation of monthly accounting schedules
Adhoc reporting items as requested by the team and accounting manager
Must have SAP access
Proficient in Excel at an advanced level
Collecting Documents (SAD500, EDI, Customs Worksheet, Customs Invoice) to facilitate foreign payments
We believe you have
BSC Degree in Finance or Diploma in Finance.
Min of 2 years’ experience in finance or similar field
Experience in CASEWARE would be an added advantage
SAP Experience is essential
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
