• Computer literacy: MS office.
• Knowledge on clean room technology

Key Job Outputs:

• Review Stability notebooks, batch documents, SSR and trend reports
• Check Calculations, test method used, issue date and graph page on Analytical Reports
• Ensure Corrected method is followed for testing and all repeats are done if necessary.
• Ensure all OOS/OOT and AI opened are closed.
• Troubleshoot instruments and analyse any out of specification results.
• Signing off reports on HPLC
• Use chemical expertise and knowledge of history and trending of the product to assist in making the correct decision.
• Draw up a report detailing progress of each Stability Study.
• Perform chores deemed necessary by superior.
• Draw up Stability protocol.

Requirements

• BSc Degree or National Diploma in Chemistry
• 2-3 years Lab Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry
• Computer Literacy i.e. MS word level 2 and Excel is essential
• Relevant experience in aspects related to the job
• HPLC experience

Description

• To ensure quality requirements per sop 03-16-ag are met with regards to line clearance procedures, material status, product testing and inspection, classification of defects and handling non-conforming product as well as to work with the team and to assist with the operation of kiefel machine to produce the right quality and quantity

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12) 
• Technical qualification or certification in a relevant field (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Engineering) advantageous

Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar production role, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing
