Key Responsibilities:

• Help define cloud technology roadmaps and industry/functional solutions, advising clients on cloud-enabled enterprise transformation agendas
• Help develop service portfolio requirements, the value case, and the impact of cloud on the IT operating model
• Assume primary ownership and independently manages cloud advisory related work with support from direct supervisor and leadership
• Collaborate with peers and management levels at a client and within Accenture to deliver task/deliverable assigned
• Advocate cloud thought leadership, assets and point-of-views in how it could be applied through assignment for client-work
• Seek and accept guidance from supervisors/management when determining methods and procedures on assignments
• Adapt to assignment quickly and seek opportunities to learn from other workstreams or areas of project, and understand the client landscape & organization
• Build enduring, trust-based relationship with client counterparts by consistently meeting client expectations
• Identify practice relevant personal skill goals; articulate and actively pursue the path to build them through the combination of experience and training
• Actively participate in the practice’s internal operations and cultivate a close practice community

Key Skills:

• Data-driven consulting with focus on business and technology value architecting and realization
• Experience and understanding of core cloud topics
• Core consulting skills - problem-solving, business acumen, data fluency, effective communication, relationship development
• Ability to identify and address problems by applying pragmatic, results driven problem solving techniques and creative insights
• Ability to collect, synthetize and analyze relevant data to draw insights and inform data-driven decision making
• Ability to structure, create and present ideas in an effective, clear and compelling way
• Understand at a high level how key technologies are impacting our client’s business and industry
• Some experience in technology delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant work experience
• Minimum Bachelor degree, ideally Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent; MBA as a plus
• Some experience in technology, management consulting and / or in-house Cloud divisions
• Cloud certifications: Azure, AWS, GCP, Alibaba, Oracle…

• A Cloud Advisory Manager owns the cloud agenda and responsibility to drive key opportunities at select clients. You will carry conversation around all facets of the Cloud business and draw in other resources as appropriate; You will also have experience in selling and/or and delivering Cloud programs. You will be providing the highest level of consultative support on enterprise-wide information cloud technology-based systems including selection of cloud providers through your understanding of best practices with respect to the planning, design, implementation and use of information technology and information management systems and processes on the Cloud. You will leverage Accenture cloud assets: myNAV, A4C, ACP, etc. You will set the direction and provide critical support in the strategic and tactical planning for the design and use of Cloud Technology whilst acting as the Client C-Suite trusted advisor for all Cloud related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define cloud technology roadmaps and industry/functional solutions, advising clients on cloud-enabled enterprise transformation agendas within an industry context
• Drive the creation of the value case, and exploit the innovation of cloud to create new business value
• Develop service portfolio requirements including market and service provider considerations
• Recommend the target dispositions for client’s landscape
• Advise on the impact of cloud on the IT operating model
• Lead independently small engagements or stream of work end-to-end across all delivery components: client satisfaction, value delivered, teams management, financials, etc.
• Identify and nurture pull-through business opportunities, support business development effort with client and Accenture teams until successful sale closure
• Collaborate with clients, ecosystem partners and within Accenture to align their business and technology priorities
• Lead creation of thought leaderships and assets that presents action-oriented insights, knowledge, guidance and recommendations related to the cloud journey
• Interaction with senior management at a client and/or Accenture to steer recommendations and obtain buy-in on matters that may require alternate approach

Key Skills:

• Strong data-driven consulting with focus on business and technology value architecting and realization
• Ability to act independently to determine methods and procedures on assignments
• Management of team efforts at a client or within Accenture
• Ability to pull-through business opportunities
• Experience and understanding of core cloud topics - planning, design, implementation and use of information technology and information management systems and processes on the clou
• Experience in cloud advisory and/or implementation
• Ability to operate cross industry, with preferred experience in Banking, Telcos, Oil&Gas, and/or Government
• Pro-actively acquired business knowledge beyond technical role or via business school i.e MBA

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years’ work experience - at least 5 years in cloud advisory or transformation
• Proven and relevant past consulting experience; alternatively global technology services firm, cloud firm, or seasoned industry position focused on cloud transformation (and demonstration of intrinsic consulting skills)
