- The Trade Compliance Specialist will be responsible to help meet the ultimate goals of supporting increasing volumes and providing amazing client experience by researching new products being shipped by clients, sourcing documents, or assisting with database management projects.

Role Overview:
- The Logistics Administrator role primarily supports the project management and service teams to ensure exceptional service and quick turnaround is provided to our clients.
- This is achieved through fast and effective loading of shipments for clinical trial deployment in a time sensitive industry. We handle shipments containing commodities across clinical trials (Drug product, medical devices and lab kits to name a couple), delivering to clients worldwide.
- Our main shipping team manages the overall coordination of shipments, from collection to delivery, while our project management team handles the project overview, client escalations and pre-compliance coordination.
- The *Logistics Administrator* plays a crucial support role to both these teams in sitting in the middle to ensure that all shipments are loaded correctly, timeously and any issues are raised with both the project management and service teams, avoiding any escalations or issues that arise, such as kit building and deployment delays.
- This role is highly administrative, involving significant data capturing through shipment loading and efficient communication across teams and clients. You will focus on identifying and addressing recurring issues or delays, using this information to suggest process improvements and reduce common errors noted.
- As part of your day-to-day responsibilities, you will capture and organise shipment data, process quick turnarounds for clients and loop in respective teams for next steps.

- Sharing insights and key data with the larger shipping team/project management team, ensuring that this is logged and tracked in Salesforce.
- Maintaining detailed records of client-specific shipping requirements and ensuring they are visible and updated in Salesforce.

- The financial controller is responsible for the daily finance operations of all shipments allocated to them. This involves invoicing clients, processing invoices received from suppliers and overall cost management and profit maximisation.
- The finance team liaises with various shipping providers, suppliers and clients primarily over email and when required, over the phone in a timely and professional manner.
On a practical level, this role also involves:
- Receipt of cash and bank reconciliation
