    Product Consultant - Under Ground Mining Team

    Our Underground Mining team relies on close collaboration with our customers to develop equipment and support solutions that are customized for their application. We’re focused on helping our customers mine safely and productively today, and we have an eye on the future, with new products, new ways of mining, and new ways to get more out of game-changers like technology and automation.

    • Job Summary:
    • Supports go-to-market initiatives, and sales execution as a subject matter expert for hard rock underground mining machines.

    About the role / What will you do:

    • Provide product and application expertise as a trusted advisor to customers as well as company and dealers' sales personnel. Conduct internal and external training on product capabilities and safe and efficient usage of underground mining equipment.
    • Conduct product performance studies, assess customer job site efficiency, collect product and customer requirements in order to create input for product improvement process and new product introduction programs.
    • Work with the marketing team to create internal and external communication highlighting solutions for underground mining.

    What You Have - Skills And Experiences:

    • Qualification in Mining Engineering or equivalent experience in underground mining
    • 3 - 5 years Underground Mining experience
    • MS Office Suite

    Negotiating:

    Role Summary

    • Caterpillar Mining is seeking a collaborative and strategic Regional Marketing Consultant to lead dealer engagement and regional marketing representation across Europe, Africa and the Middle East (EAME). This role acts as a bridge between Caterpillar Mining’s global marketing strategy, regional priorities and our dealer network, driving alignment and activation at the local level. The successful candidate will create and execute compelling marketing strategies, engaging activities and industry events that position Caterpillar as the preferred provider in the region and showcase the full value of our solutions and services.
    • This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and is passionate about storytelling, stakeholder engagement and the mining industry.

    What will you do:

    • Lead dealer engagement initiatives and regional marketing forums.
    • Localize global content for regional relevance and impact.
    • Plan and execute trade shows, summits and industry events.
    • Highlight regional success stories in global communications.
    • Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure integrated marketing.
    • Maintain brand consistency across all regional activities.

    What Will Put You Forward

    • Minimum 6 years experience in a similar role within mining, manufacturing or automotive marketing.
    • 3-year degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field.
    • Proven experience in dealer/channel engagement and regional strategy execution.
    • Proven ability to lead planning and execution of large-scale events that elevate brand presence and stakeholder engagement.
    • Strong storytelling, stakeholder engagement and event management skills
    • Experience in matrixed, multinational environments.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and CRM tools.

    Skills you will have:

    • Promotion & Marketing: Deep understanding of dealer/channel engagement: Strong writing, editing and messaging skills; proactive communicator with excellent project management.
