• The successful candidate will assist the Multimedia designer as well as the Marketing and Communications team with producing visual, textual, and animated content and complete an NQF Level 4 Business Administration Qualification.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

•  Assisting with the graphic design of Marketing and Communications content.
•  Assisting with the editing of images and videos.
•  Assisting with maintaining consistency of brand Identity and quality assurance for all multimedia work activities.
•  Assisting with the photography and videography of complexes, events, and work activities

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES / SKILLS:

•  Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in Videography, Digital media, Multimedia or Film, or a related field.
•  Proven experience in working with the Adobe suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and other video editing software.
•  Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content.
•  Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Attention to detail
•  Travel may be required – therefore possession of a valid driver’s license is necessary

• Matric
• Diploma/Degree in Real Estate 
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle (highly advantageous)
• Administration experience
• Innovative and Creative
• Organized and attention to detail.
