    Junior Coordinator

    Senior Service Now Technical Consultant

    About the Role

    You will already be working on ServiceNow, creating technical solutions to your customer’s business requirements: 

    • Delivering high quality ServiceNow implementations based on business process requirements 
    • Strong Now Platform Implementation understanding with in-depth knowledge in various ServiceNow applications 
    • Able to communicate on complex issues to meet business and customer requirements to avoid escalations 
    • According to experience: 
      • Provide technical design authority and mentor more junior members of the team 
      • Technical lead for medium scale solutions ensuring designs meet customer requirements and achieve appropriate outcomes and deliverables

    What we require 

    • Proven knowledge and experience in multiple areas of the ServiceNow platform, including: functionality, database structure, developer APIs, development tools and techniques 
    • Over 5 years of experience in similar roles within the ServiceNow ecosystem 
    • Skills and experience in Web Technologies (e.g. Javascript, SOAP/REST web services, XML & JSON, Angular.js, Seismic) 
    • Ability to provide technical leadership and support to Process Consultants 
    • Software Development Lifecycle experience in Agile and Waterfall projects

    Business Controller

    The role:

    Commercial planning & controlling of Inventory PnL results, balance sheet evaluation & depreciation for global spare parts and pool inventories, as well as identification, coordination and execution of optimization and development measures with the aim to enable economic growth in an increasingly international environment with efficient spare parts and pool inventories.

    Your future Tasks and Accountabilities (% of time)

    Planning (15%)

    • Preparation of the monthly PnL forecast.
    • Monitoring and commenting on the development of results between "Actuals", plan and forecast.
    • Annual cost analyses of the installed base to verify costing factors, vs. actual costs.
    • Support management with the determination and definition of area rate card, cross charging rates and charging models.

    Controlling (25%)

    • Monthly preparation of global stock KPIs and it’s communication.
    • Analyse, prepare and evaluate PnL results for discussion with management.
    • Identification and highlighting of commercial risks.
    • Deriving commercial control and improvement measures in close cooperation with divisional management.
    • Monthly monitoring of inventory and service cost vis-à-vis the spare part service providers.
    • Support with controlling commercial performance of global spare part providers.
    • Participate in monthly service reviews.
    • Ensuring the resolution of issues identified in service reviews, corrections and clarifications with the involved areas & providers.

    Month end closing (25%)

    • Preparation and reconciliation of balance sheet valuations for stock as well as the relevant postings for the month end closing.
    • Support and assistance with monthly and annual financial statements for Finance.

    Projects and Deal Support (35%)

    • Participation in larger projects and change initiatives, independent management of defined sub-projects.
    • Support of system and tooling definitions for aspect of stock commercials.  
    • Answering presales and make-or-buy inquiries in respect of most efficient spare parts inventory.

    What we require:

    • Economic studies (bachelor's degree) or professional vocational experience of at least three years.

    Vendor and Partner Specialist

    What you will do

    • Supply Chain Management: Coordinate and manage the end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, transportation, and distribution of company/Customer assets. Ensure the timely (On Time, In Full, No Errors) delivery of goods and materials required for SWAP and DAAS operations. Being an interphase between our customer account dedicated staff, the customers, and partner. Working closely with the company RC/Workshops to assist with the compliance on:
      • Returns – Taking actions to minimise the Quality Hold status
      • Returns – Field engineers are received within 10 working days
      • Returns – SWAP and Courier Partners
    • SWAP Management: Develop and implement strategies for efficient supply and disposal management, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Monitor waste disposal processes and optimize recycling and reuse opportunities.
    • Vendor Management: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and service providers for customer requirements. Negotiate contracts, establish service level agreements, and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective services. Supporting the onboarding of new vendor programmes. Commercial negotiator, defining, engaging, and managing purchases in services & solutions.
    • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all activites. Prepare reports on inventory levels, waste management metrics, and disposal activities. Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.
    • Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to logistics, disposal management, and changes to government customs. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Ensure adherence to applicable regulations and guidelines.
    • Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline logistics and operational processes, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, operations, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of SWAP activities. Liaise with external stakeholders, such as government agencies, suppliers, and disposal service providers. Working with an influencing and collaborative approach with our strategic Partner. Working with the customer to ensure the correct solution for the service need. Working in an influencing and collaborative approach with all strategic stakeholders and partners. Working closely with the cost team to ensure costings for tenders, responses are understood.
    • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions in the supply chain process and service to the customer. Implement appropriate controls to ensure data security, asset protection, and regulatory compliance. Monthly/quarterly meetings with the strategic partners covering performance, opportunities and improvements.
    • Training and Development: Conduct training programs and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members involved in logistics and operations. Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to leverage advancements for improved performance.

    What you’ll need

    • Strong knowledge of imports/exports/customs and related government requirements.
    • Proven experience in running a successful Logistics department or transport / operations team.
    • Experience in pro-actively dealing with issues, escalations and owns this through to completion.
    • Proven track record in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
    • High level of experience with IT service management tools and technologies.
    • Flexibility will be crucial as support will be required OOH (Out-of-Hours).
    • A thorough and technical knowledge on the various elements of Service Logistics.
    • A buyer, strategic thinker who is good in negotiating, positioning, and delivering.
    • A good track record of delivering exceptional levels of service.
    • A self-starter and someone who can work on their own initiative.
    • A good level of Technology, Systems Understanding with an element of Engineering background.
    • Membership to a professional Logistics organisation.
    • Multilingual in English and French is desirable.
    • Fully qualified in relevant professional qualification.
    • Project management certification (e.g. PMP) is advantageous.
