ABOUT THE ROLE / PURPOSE OF THE JOB 

• Ensure that team meet targets, due dates, and quality standard, complete all tasks in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of financial planning and control principles. Monitor and maintain all Enaex Africa equipment, time and infrastructure, ensure all clerical tasks are planned, controlled organize and reported as per Enaex Africa requirements, identify potential challenges on-Site and take decisions that minimize/limit potentially negative implications; whilst demonstrating the desired behaviors in agreement with the Enaex Africa.  
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with managers and peers.  Improve personal work processes and manage, capture, and process warehouse reports.  Order and manager stationery nd manage employees files on site.  Manager and control on site store facility.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements and Experience:

Qualifications: 

• Grade 12 / N3 or Equivalent minimum. 
• 2 years’ relevant job experience in mining. 
• Excellent computer skill (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel & SAP). 
• Valid Drivers’ license (advantage).

FUNCTIONAL OUTPUTS 

• Diligently inspect all commercial vehicles entering the primary area to load products according to a predefined inspection sheet.
• Inspect and validate all the driver’s legally required documents.
• Report all deviations according to departmental standards to supervisor.
• Complete inspection sheet electronically on hand-held devise or PC.
• Interact with drivers and stakeholders, pointing out deviations on vehicles and clearly communicating the implication of non-conformances.
• Ensure that all the drivers meet the minimum pre-entry requirements (Induction).
• Continuously inspect the staging area for safety and general housekeeping.
• Monitor and control entry of trucks to the weigh bridge.
• Validate all loading numbers, loading documents and the scheduling system.
• Diligently validate driver’s I.D/passport and drivers’ license on all commercial vehicles entering the primary area to load products.
• Ensure that all vehicles are correctly and accurately weighed in and out.
• Report all non-conformances and deviations accordingly to departmental standards to supervisor, early.
• Continuously update all the relevant records (Scheduling, Trekscale, etc)
• Continuously communicate with stakeholders and personnel at the various loading points and the laboratory.

Requirements
 JOB REQUIREMENTS:

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:  

• Grade 12 (Must)
• Possession of a valid drivers’ license and PDP (Advantage)
• 1-2 years opencast mining production experience
• Fit to work at heights.
