DUTIES

Tasks will be allocated by the Legal Advisor and may include some of the below:

• Load signed lease agreements and renewal addendums onto the master database.
• Manage the property database by ensuring all current documentation is filed in a consistent & standardised manner and all old documentation is removed or archived.
• Regularly review/audit the data on the property master file to ensure data integrity.
• Assist accounts department with operating expense reconciliations.
• Capture all lease agreement terms on the internal database (SAGE) and ensure all data is captured accurately 
• Assist with the backlog lease agreements and capture all lease agreement terms on the internal database (SAGE) 
• All other duties as assigned and associated with the day-to-day operation of a commercial real estate portfolio.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience (property and/or legal-related work).
• Previous experience working with commercial leases.
• Basic working knowledge of commercial real estate.
• General business and property management acumen.
• SAGE Contracts Module experience will be advantageous.

The purpose of this role is to assume primary accountability and responsibility for running a profitable quick-service restaurant.  This includes achieving and/or exceeding sales targets, ensuring adequate staffing with competent staff, serving high-quality products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving operational efficiencies in accordance with company policies and procedures through effective team management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 with 4 years experience in a similar management role.
• A tertiary qualification is desirable.
• Experience managing a Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR).
