    Data Scientist

    What You'll Do:

    • Benchmark development: Identify and define key performance metrics, creating benchmarking frameworks to evaluate performance across the partnership ecosystem.
    • Data-driven insights: Leverage large datasets to uncover business insights that influence strategic decision-making and product innovation

    What You Have:

    Technical Expertise:

    • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
    • Experience working with large datasets and building dashboards to generate  insights and reports.
    • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and exposure to Big Data technologies (e.g., BigQuery, Databricks, Spark, Snowflake, Redshift) is a plus.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities in modeling and analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful insights and inform decisions.

    Email Marketing Specialist

    What you will be doing:

    • Code HTML/deploy emails.
    • Keeping our emails in our user’s inboxes.
    • Managing email delivery reports and alerts, including bounce logs.
    • Troubleshooting and collaborating to find solutions to deliverability issues as they arise.
    • Develop and code the list segmentation for all direct and interactive marketing campaigns.
    • A/B test to continually optimize and hone communications and establish best practices. What worked in the past may not be the best in the future — attention to detail, observation, and discovery will be key in this role.

    CRM Automation Specialist

    What you will be doing:

    • Partner with Data Enablement to establish and maintain two-way data hooks for ipost, marketo, sendgrid, intellum, and our internal data sources. 
    • Partner with Data Enablement to create and maintain a unified outbound email reporting dataset across all ESPs. Ideally, the unified view would include Salesforce, Hubspot, and Outreach communication. 
    • Establish unified preference center, ensure subscription preferences are collected & applied correctly across all ESPs.
    • Build and maintain event-based triggered emails.

    Technical Services Engineer

    What You'll Do:
