    AI Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

    Role Purpose

    • Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure tailored specifically for AI Factory workloads, leveraging NVIDIA GPUs comprehensively i.e. H200 GPUs.Optimise resource utilisation to balance performance and cost-efficiency for AI model training and inference tasks. Implement automation and orchestration tools, such as Terraform or Ansible, to manage infrastructure efficiently and reliably. Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability, addressing issues proactively to minimise downtime and disruptions.
    • Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to understand and fulfil their infrastructure requirements accurately. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues quickly to maintain high service quality and user satisfaction. Stay current with advancements in cloud technologies, GPU computing, and AI infrastructure best practices continuously. Manage the assurance of Cloud services through: Ensuring a high-resolution efficiency for incidents
    •  Maintain architecture deployment standards Comply with all Process, Patch Management, Change Process, for any deployed and managed Cloud services
    • Produce reports to measure compliance to SLA and MTTR for customer managed cloud servicesConduct customer cloud readiness assessments and reports the outcome Deploy customer solutions based on best practices including migrations, cloud networking and new set-ups
    • Monitor resources, networks, security, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS 
    • Document infrastructure designs, configurations, and operational procedures for knowledge sharing and regulatory compliance. Support in creating sales and marketing collateral and vertical Playbooks for AI cloud services. Support non-standard/complex solutions - Cross functional engagements, Sales support, Service., Products, Bid Office & engagement with Engineering. Training for sales, customer employees and product teams. Assist with technology selection and vendor selection for product management/ideation and eco-system enablement.
    • Leading the implementation and deployment team and providing technical insight and resolving technical dependencies and escalates where necessary. Maintaining Cloud services along agreed best practices and Service Level Agreements. Maintaining an up-to-date skillset that translates into secure, practical implementations and service delivery for projects 

    Requirements

    • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required for this role.
    • Familiarity with NVIDIA AI Enterprise software and tools to enhance GPU utilisation for AI workloads.
    • Relevant certifications in AI infrastructure management or related fields.
    • At least 4 years’ experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, preferably focused on AI or high-performance computing, is essential.
    • Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, and tools like Terraform or CloudFormation, is critical.
    • In-depth knowledge of NVIDIA GPUs, including the H200 series, and their application in AI workloads is necessary.
    • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes, is a key requirement.
    • Strong scripting skills in languages like Python or Bash for automation and infrastructure management are essential. Strong knowledge of data science, analytics, and applied mathematics, with expertise in languages like SAS, R, and Python.
    • Background in AI or machine learning, with a grasp of infrastructure needs
    • Experience with high-performance computing environments and related technologies strengthens suitability notably.
    • GPU technologies like NVIDIA H200 GPUs or similar high-performance hardware
    • High performance compute and storage
    • Virtualization and digitization of compute and networking

    AI Platform Engineer

    Role Description

    • Design and develop features for Cassava’s AI platform to enable seamless AI model development and deployment. Integrate the platform with Cassava’s cloud infrastructure and NVIDIA H200 GPUs for high-performance computing capabilities. Implement tools and services for model training, experimentation, monitoring, and versioning to boost user productivity significantly. Ensure the platform remains scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards and best practices consistently.
    • Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and customers to gather requirements and feedback for platform enhancements. Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support to users, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and incorporate relevant advancements into the platform to maintain competitiveness. Document platform architecture, features, and usage guidelines to facilitate user adoption and provide robust support. Manage the assurance of Cloud platform through:- Ensuring a high-resolution efficiency for incidents- Maintain architecture deployment standards- Comply with all Process, Patch Management, Change Process, for any deployed and managed Cloud services

Maintaining an up-to-date skillset that translates into secure, practical implementations and service delivery for projects

    Requirements

    • Relevant certifications in AI infrastructure management or similar fields.
    • Certifications in cloud computing or software engineering, like AWS Certified Developer, enhance candidacy significantly.
    • At least 2-3 years’ experience in platform engineering or software development, focusing on AI or cloud tech, is essential.
    • Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or Go, with experience building scalable applications.
    • Experience with cloud-native technologies, microservices architecture, and API development is a critical requirement.
    • Knowledge of AI/ML workflows, tools, and frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, is fundamental to this role.

    AI Technical Product Manager

    Role Description

    • In conjunction with Cassava Direct and Indirect Sales teams achieve the revenue targets set out by the company for all Products and Services that fall within the assigned Product Portfolio. Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI products and services, ensuring they align with Cassava AI’s overarching business goals. Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to develop and launch AI solutions that maximise NVIDIA GPUs i.e. H200 GPUs performance capabilities.
    • Gather and prioritise customer requirements to ensure AI products consistently meet market demands and enhance user satisfaction. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
    • Manage the entire product lifecycle from initial concept to successful launch, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality. Analyse product performance metrics and user feedback to iteratively improve offerings and address evolving needs. Communicate product plans, updates, and progress to internal and external stakeholders with clarity and precision.
    • Deliver outcomes with industry expertise (resources) and strategic vendor partnerships (vendors and partners) to design, build, manage and deliver enterprise business solutions for customers. Accountable for overseeing the execution of delivery of the product/service. Ensure products are delivered to market as per the product roadmap. Partner with marketing and sales teams to position and promote AI products effectively in a competitive market landscape.
    • Work with the sales and pre-sales team/s to translate product strategies/objectives into solutions supported that drive market awareness and revenue growth (MRR & customer centricity) in the AI cloud managed space.
    • Understand key customer requirements through regular customer interactions and to understand and drive demand for Cassava AI cloud services. Provide support on major bids in order to fine tune our client facing value proposition as and where required and respond with appropriate services and solutions. Compile and maintain a monthly up to date budget, sales and revenue report. Track overall product portfolio revenue and ensure accurate budgeting. Ensure market-related product pricing
    • Partner with marketing and sales teams to position and promote AI products effectively in a competitive market landscape. Work with the sales and pre-sales team/s to translate product strategies/objectives into solutions supported that drive market awareness and revenue growth (MRR & customer centricity) in the AI cloud managed space.     • Engage with stakeholders across the business, in supporting new products and solutions, by developing services that differentiates Cassava AI in the market. This is including but not limited to value propositions through partnerships that enable sales and new revenue opportunities. Create and manage specific lead revenue generating and customer engagement programs to drive new revenue. Identify and Attend Seminars, workshops

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
    • Relevant certifications in AI infrastructure management or similar fields.
    • At least 3-5 years of product management experience focusing on AI, machine learning, or cloud-based technologies is essential.
    • Deep understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, including frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch, is necessary.
    • Knowledge of GPU technologies and their critical role in accelerating AI workloads is fundamental to this role.
    • Familiarity with NVIDIA AI Enterprise software and tools
    • Background in data science or machine learning engineering, including hands-on model development, is a strong advantage.
    • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools enhances candidacy for this role.
