You should have Matric and a suitable qualification in HR/Payroll or strong proven experience in payroll. A minimum of 3 years’ experience working on Sage 300 People is essential.
In this role you will be responsible for the full end to end processing of payroll, this includes processing new employees and terminations, assisting with all payroll queries and full administration duties regarding provident fund. You will be expected to ensure all payroll data is completed timeously and that all relevant paperwork is issued and submitted.
You should have grade 12, a N3 Millwright or Fitter and Turner and at least 2 years working in a production facility or pack house. You should have excellent knowledge of the electrical and mechanical workings of machinery and equipment. Additionally, this role involves nightshift during season as well as a willingness to be on standby and work overtime when needed.
You will be responsible for performing regular maintenance inspections and repairing any and all breakdowns. You should be ready to assist with planning and executing planned and preventative maintenance and be able to disassemble and replace machinery and parts as needed.
Our ideal candidate should have grade 12 and at least 5 years’ sales experience in clearing and forwarding and logistics, both air and sea freight. A tertiary qualification is a big plus! Cargowise knowledge and import/export experience is essential! You must have a valid drivers’ license as this role will require travel in the Western Cape.
This role is primarily concerned with new business development and key account management. You will be responsible for growing and maintaining the client base and to maintain the high standard of customer care that the company is known for.
We need someone who is ready to research and continuously benchmark the company prices alongside preparing and submitting quotations.
To succeed in this role, you should bring a tertiary qualification in HR, Payroll or Finance as well as excellent knowledge of Sage People 300. You should have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in a pack house or similar environment would be a big bonus!
You will take charge of Payroll Administration and Management, including salary and wages processing. You will head up budgeting and benchmarking as well as the company benefit administration. This is a fast paced, senior role so your ability to manage a team efficiently, is key!
