Job Description

To lead the Production team in the execution of the production plan, on time, safely and at minimal cost.
Manage a production team and control quality, processes and systems (TCCQS, maintenance and safety) in order to achieve maximum efficiencies and minimal losses. 

• Manage and maintain the output of volumes of product in the unit
• Manage the use of raw materials and ensure limited wastage
• Lead Team 
• Ensure effective Quality control of manufacturing unit as per TCCQS’s requirements
• Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of the TCCQS, Safety and Maintenance systems
• WCO Implementation
• Cost management

Skills, Experience & Education

• Minimum of a 3-year National Diploma (NQF6), in relevant field
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a FMCG environment

Job Description

In this role you will focus on maintenance and repair of equipment by following the maintenance operating system
The role includes fault finding, identify root causes and counter measures whilst identifying opportunities for improvement
You are also required to extract learning’s and provide feedback on these

To maintain and improve equipment performance

• Identify, analyse, propose and implement opportunities for improvement
• Line Monitoring
• SHEQ Responsibilities
• Perform scheduled maintenance (preventative and non-routine planned) on equipment
• Repair breakdowns on production equipment , including utilities
• Perform mechanical component of production change overs
• Co-ordinate and plan maintenance related jobs

Skills, Experience & Education

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Qualified trade tested fitter
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• 2-3 years experience in an FMCG industry would be an advantage

Job Description

In this role you form part of the Lab and your main focus is on Quality Control.

Products released from CCPB must conform to CCSA requirements and other relevant quality standards in an operational cost efficient manner.
To ensure that products released conform to CCSA requirements and other relevant quality standards while maintaining operational cost efficiency

• Sampling, monitoring, testing and recording of incoming material, in-process, final product and packaging both primary and secondary
• Operating and verification of process equipment
• Calibration and verification of lab and process equipment – QA Validation
• Meet WCM standards and targets
• Monitor production sanitation and GMP
• SHEQ Responsibilities

Skills, Experience & Education

• Minimum of a 3-year National Diploma (NQF6) in a related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in a QC role or relevant previous experience
