    Electrician - (1460)

    Job Description

    • In this role you will focus on maintenance and repair of equipment by following the maintenance operating system
    • The role includes fault finding, identifying root causes and counter measures whilst identifying opportunities for improvement
    • You are also required to extract learning’s and provide feedback on these
    • To maintain and improve equipment performance
    • Perform fault finding of production equipment incl .utilities and execute repair of breakdowns
    • Perform scheduled maintenance (preventative and non-routine planned) on equipment and buildings
    • Perform electrical component of production change overs
    • Line Monitoring
    • Co-ordinate and plan maintenance related jobs incl. interaction and feedback
    • Identify, analyse, propose and implement opportunities for improvement

    Skills, Experience & Education

    • Grade 12 Certificate
    • Qualified trade tested electrician
    • 3-5 years experience in an FMCG environment
    • Experience in a bottling/ manufacturing environment advantageous

    Maintenance Planner

    Job Description

    • Clients specify their needs regarding maintenance to the Maintenance Planner. The MP in turn manages and updates the computer-based maintenance planning system. MP issues maintenance plans, diarise and monitor maintenance and sends reminders to clients.
    • In this regard deals with scheduled maintenance and unscheduled requests. Renders support to Storeman, i.e. assist in control of stock-taking. Support implementation and maintenance of computerised maintenance management systems.
