    Senior Digital Marketing Analyst

    Requirements:

    • PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Digital Marketing Performance Analysis:
    • Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email, Display, Affiliates).
    • Identify key trends, opportunities, and issues from performance data, providing actionable recommendations for optimisation.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track KPIs and present findings to stakeholders.
    • Conduct in-depth audience segmentation analysis to inform targeted marketing strategies.
    • Perform A/B testing and multivariate testing on campaigns and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
    • Analyse website traffic patterns, user journeys, and conversion funnels using tools like Google Analytics.
    • Work closely with channel managers to interpret data and translate insights into practical campaign adjustments.
    • Adobe Campaign Email Workflow Development:
    • Design, build, and deploy complex, multi-stage email marketing workflows within Adobe Campaign.
    • Configure and manage customer segmentation within Adobe Campaign to ensure highly targeted email sends.
    • Develop and execute A/B tests within email campaigns to optimise subject lines, content, send times, and calls-to-action.
    • Monitor email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, unsubscribe rates) and provide detailed analysis and recommendations for improvement.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to email campaign delivery or data integration within Adobe Campaign.
    • Ensure compliance with POPIA and other relevant data privacy regulations in all email marketing activities.
    • Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure email assets are correctly integrated into workflows.

    KPI Reporting & Insights:

    • Own the collation, analysis, and presentation of the digital sections of the monthly marketing KPI deck.
    • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across all digital marketing reports.
    • Present clear, concise, and actionable insights to marketing leadership and wider business teams.
    • Develop bespoke reports and ad-hoc analysis as required to support business objectives.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in digital marketing analytics and marketing automation.
    • Rhythmyx CMS Support and Build:
    • Using the content briefs to support the page build alongside the Marketing Specialist within the CMS Rhythmyx. 
    • Support the Marketing Specialist to update and improve content using content briefs - as and when necessary.

    SKILLS and COMPETENCIES:

    • Proven experience (typically 2-4 years) in a Digital Marketing Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar data-driven role.
    • Demonstrable hands-on experience designing and building email marketing workflows and segmentation (preferably within Adobe Campaign).
    • Strong proficiency in web analytics platforms, particularly Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
    • Experience with other digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, social media analytics platforms).
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
    • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides for data manipulation, analysis, and professional reporting/presentations.
    • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
    • Understanding of key digital marketing channels and their associated metrics (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email).
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Familiarity with POPIA and data privacy best practices.
    • Desirable (but not essential):
    • Experience with other marketing automation platforms.
    • Familiarity with Email Deliverability requirements.
    • SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
    • Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
    • Understanding of attribution models.

    QUALIFICATIONS and  EXPERIENCE

    • Matric (Grade 12)
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
    • Project Management Skills
    • Complete knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and techniques
    • Demonstrable hands-on experience designing and building email marketing workflows and segmentation ( preferably with Adobe Campaign)

    Pest Control Operator

    Requirements:

    KEY WORK OUTPUTS & ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Provide quality pest control/management service in line with SOP and SWP 
    • Achieve standards of productivity as set by the company
    • Follow route and service plans to show compliance to plans set by the business 
    • Retain existing clients through service excellence and identify growth opportunities through leads 
    • Comply with the Rentokil Code of Conduct.
    • Effectively use service tracking tools that are specified by the company 
    • Compile necessary documentation for client and the office after service is completed
    • Advise client on housekeeping, stacking and proofing requirements
    • Comply with legislation and regulations as set out in Act 36 of 1947
    • Ensure equipment and vehicle is maintained and clean at all times
    • Carry an adequate range of pesticides (compliant to the APL)  and equipment, necessary to deliver service
    • Always apply Pesticides according to label instructions
    • Ensure that good stock control principles are followed
    • Ensure the company vehicle and image is protected at all times
    • Ensure the usage of the correct Personal Protective Equipment
    • Ensure company and client Health & Safety requirements are met.

    SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

    • Must be presentable
    • Requires valid, unendorsed code 08 drivers licence with 2 years proven driving experience

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    • Matric certificate/Grade 12
    • Previous Pest Control experience
    • Fully qualified (NCPC) or PMA/PCSIB
    • Registered with the Department of Agriculture (P-Number)
    • H&S Knowledge and experience
    • HACCP Experience and Knowledge
    • Working at heights experience 
    • Fumigation Experience (qualification advantageous)

    Senior Online Marketing Executive - Content Optimisation

    Requirements:

    • Develop a content plan strategy with the Digital leads for each business.
    • Write engaging and informative blog briefs for externally written blog’s for multiple Rentokil Initial businesses, and also create additional briefs for internally written blogs, so that key individuals can understand and complete the brief on time. 
    • Ensure that the new content is optimised for search engines and adheres to best practices in SEO.
    • Support Digital Leads to perform keyword research and analysis to incorporate relevant keywords into the content, driving organic traffic and improving search rankings.
    • Adapt your writing style and tone of voice to match the requirements of each business, maintaining consistency with their brand guidelines.
    • WordPress Management:
    • Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in WordPress, including content creation, formatting, and publishing.
    • Upload and manage blog content, ensuring proper categorisation, tagging, and metadata optimisation for SEO.
    • Collaborate with the web development team to ensure a smooth user experience and troubleshoot any technical issues related to content publishing.
    • Project Management and Campaign Briefs:
    • Prioritise and schedule content creation tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Category, to coordinate campaign briefs and align content with broader marketing strategies.
    • Demonstrate excellent project management skills, ensuring that content production stays on track and meets established objectives.
    • Landing Page Content for Nurture Journeys:
    • Work closely with the Email Marketing Team to develop persuasive and compelling landing page content for nurture journeys.
    • Apply your understanding of customer segmentation and buyer personas to craft personalised content that drives conversions.
    • Collaborate with the digital team to ensure that the landing pages are visually appealing and optimised for lead generation.
    • Continuous Improvement and Strategy:
