    Job Description

    • We are looking for a driven Investment Banking Advisory professional to manage workstreams across the origination, structuring, and execution of advisory transactions.
    • The successful candidate will develop deep expertise across the Advisory product portfolio, independently lead transaction-related activities, and support the growth of the Advisory business.

    Role responsibilities

    Job Description

    • To proactively originate and structure Real Estate Finance solutions for core and franchise building real estate clients in collaboration with Client Coverage, the Regional Head and Sub-Segment Leads by providing end to end execution oversight, coordination and coaching to drive the delivery of holistic Investment Banking client solutions.

    Key role essentials  include some of the following : 

    • Lead deal negotiations for vanilla and structured Debt Solutions.
