My client is currently looking for a Senior Client Experience Management Consultant to be based in Johannesburg on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have/be

• Bachelor degree or above in telecommunications or computer relevant
• At least 10+ year sales/business development/marketing experience in the CT and IT industry.
• Solid experience in CEM solution and big data analytic.
• Great knowledge in wireless network optimization, Core Network, BSS and OSS is preferred.
• In-depth understanding of eTOM business process, TAM and ITIL IT Service Management.
• Fantastic customer-facing and communication skill with existing relationship with C-level operators highly preferred.
• Excellent English in both verbal and written
• Must be eligible to work in South Africa
• Willing to travel

Job description

My client is currently looking for a Regional Public Safety Consultant to be based in South Africa. The ideal candidate should have/be

• BA degree or above in Public Safety or relevant discipline
• 20 years experience in public safety and solid industrial knowledge
• Candidates who has worked for/with the Police preferred
• Strong pre-sales and C-level customer facing, presentation, communication and negotiation skills experience
• Worked as head of technical director/head of SA in SI, ISV or manufacturers of public safety solution
• Experienced in projects of a revenue more than 10M USD
• Deep knowledge of public safety business requirements and solutions (command and Control Center, CCTV and wireless /radio trunking, big data, applications, etc.)
• Strong ICT technical background
• Able to design a consistent high level E2E solution for safe city projects
• Existing relationship with end customers, System Integrators or manufacturers in the Public Safety Sector preferred
• A great Understanding of the regulatory bodies and Public Safety Ecosystem
• Must be eligible to work in SA
• Must be able to travel Regionally when necessary
• Must be fluent in English in both verbal and written
