Job Responsibilities:

Onboarding and Departures

• Oversee all new engagements and terminations as to check that they are done correctly in terms of paperwork, information , files etc. in line with internal HR standards

Recruitment

• Assist with the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes Post vacancies to recruitment agencies.
• Scheduling Interviews with hiring managers. Report interview feedback from hiring managers to HR Manager.
• Maintain recruitment tracker on daily basis. Assist with ADHOC recruitment requirements

Employees records management.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, benefits enrolment, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality requirements.

Administrative Support

• Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, maintaining files and records, and handling HR-related documentation.

Additionally:

• +1-2 years experience in outsourcing of telecommunication area.
• Previous working experience in big telecommunication operators is preferred.an resources experience.

Requirements:

• Takes charge of engineering management.
• Formulates and optimizes the comprehensive site delivery solution and site delivery SOP process.
• Formulates the engineering progress baseline plan and acceptance plan in accordance with the project objectives, and assists the plan control manager in integrating the project plans.
• Supervises and manages the engineering team (including subcontractors) to ensure that the engineering construction quality meets the contract acceptance requirements in strict compliance with engineering processes and regulations during the engineering construction, and takes the lead in outputting engineering execution documents and promoting site acceptance.
• Develops rolling engineering plans, analyzes engineering progress GAP, and handles major engineering delivery problems.
• Manages the engineering delivery scope and records extra workload.
• Need the experience of wireless、FTTS、microwave and so on.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily maintenance task for data center, switch room and remote hub site
• Perform alarm monitoring and restore site service
• Maintenance of Generator, UPS, HVAC , DC Plant and general electrician
• Provide daily/weekly maintenance report base on template

Qualification:

• Be able to perform routing inspection on Generator, UPS, HVAC , DC Plant and general electrician
• Be able to work as night shift
• Have 3 year work experience on data center maintenance
• Electrical installations with  Installation Electrician qualification
• Good communication skill and team work

• Good understanding of Microwave planning tools especially Asset NH
• Good understanding of Microwave planning principles, propagation models, link budget and interference analysis
• Able to prepare high level designs, low level designs and field level designs
• Expert user at interference analysis in regards to swap network scenarios
• Good understanding and planning experience of E-Bands, Multiband and MIMO solutions
• Able to do capacity planning for the network
• Working knowledge of NMS systems, Provision, SOME, Net Numen and NCE.
• TSSR verification
• In depth knowledge of interference and filed frequency scanning.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in RF planning and optimization, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in RF planning tools (e.g., Atoll, Planet, Asset, etc.), understanding of propagation models, and familiarity with network architecture and technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G).
• Ability to analyse network data, perform drive tests, and identify areas for improvement in coverage, capacity, and quality.
• Capacity to diagnose network issues, troubleshoot RF-related problems, and propose effective solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams, present findings, and propose strategies.
• Experience leading junior planners, providing guidance, and contributing to team goals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competition in the telecommunications sector.
• Willingness to stay updated with evolving technologies and industry standards.
• Precision in RF planning to ensure optimal network performance and minimal interference.
• Work effectively within a team, collaborating with RF engineers, network operations, and other stakeholders.
