Shoprite is recruiting a Business Analyst Team Lead (HR), you will be responsible for managing, coaching, and training of Business Analyst resources across a number of functional business areas within our organization and to maximize productivity and increase business delivery within the Business Analysis space.

JOB OBJECTIVES:

• People Training, Coaching, and Management:
• Build and maintain effective communication during the process of managing changes to your team and train to motivate your team members to improve both technical and soft skills on individual development.
• Manage and Build Internal Relationships:
• Liaise with your other IT teams and business units on a weekly monthly basis to discuss requirements or enhancements.
• Change Management:
• Actively participate in change management committee meetings on a regular basis and provide guidance to team members and internal clients by educating them on the new functionalities or enhancements.
• Quality Assurance:
• Prepare and deliver monthly documentation by evaluating quality principles and standard procedures for business analysts by aligning Shoprite's best practice methodologies.
• Administrative Management:
• Ensure information is stored, analyzed and distributed among its team members.

• Bachelor Degree in Business Analytics

The Business Analyst III will be expected to do:

To ensure that efficient and cost-effective business solutions and processes are in place to address business needs/requirements.

Educational Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Information Systems, Technology or Analysis
• 1 year Diploma in Business Analysis (National Certificate ….) FTI

Experience

• 5 year's Business Analysis experience within a Business Analysis role
• FMCG Retail experience
