Job Description and Responsibilities    

• Graduate Program focuses on accelerating the learning experience of graduates in the working environment and in so doing, helps them to unleash their full potential. This is a permanent employment opportunity underpinned by a year of skills and expertise training, whilst performing a full time role in one of our Divisions. The aim of the program is to develop high potential individuals into leaders of the future. Applicants need to have completed at least their under graduate degree or degree equivalent by the end 2023. Start date on the program is 01 February 2024.

Job Description and Responsibilities    

• Taking responsibility of testing facilities by organising and controlling maintenance and TPM to ensure facilities are available for production at aft times
• Controlling data and communicating daily and shift results for the effective release of engines to customer
• Compiling data for statistical analysis of results and implement process improvements based on data
• Developing a failure catalogue by trial and error detailing all possible failures
• Analysing Hot Test and Audit data and warranty failures and develop failure catalogues based on results
• Establishing and maintaining contact with sister companies building EA111 product for the purpose of sharing information and benchmarking
• Responsible as the safety co-ordinator, setting up and chairing safety meetings including incident reports and management reviews.
• Calibration of all bolting equipment.

Education and Experience    

• National Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an automotive related environment with extensive knowledge of PC systems and engines
• A minimum of 5 Years in an automotive related environment with extensive knowledge of safety and safety systems

• Ability to analyse technical data generated from facilities
• Ability to control and organise a team of technical experts
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong knowledge of Safety policies and procedures.
