    Manager Buying & Trading Ecom

    In-Season Planning and Trading

    • Define and implement best in class eCom KPI tracking mechanisms focused on optimization of the eCom experience through in season trading best practices
    • Analyze performance on a weekly basis and implement in close collaboration with other channels the markdown strategy for eCom optimizing margin opportunities 
    • Check inventory to ensure right volumes are available for the eCom channel throughout the year. Manage replenishment for best sellers and commercial moments
    • Work on old season pricing to achieve channel KPI’s
    • Work in collaboration with other functions teams to optimize the consumer journey. (Digital Analytics, Digital Operations, CX, CTC & Brand teams)

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • Understanding of digital business with commercial mindset, ideally with knowledge of merchandising, financial planning, sales strategies, digital marketing, or online behavior
    • Experienced in data analysis with strong skills in Microsoft Excel is required
    • Knowledge in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, MicroStrategy or other tools is a plus
    • Knowledge of other functional areas involved in the Pre-Season and In-season Merchandising planning is preferred
    • Good understanding of brand building and consumer perspective
    • Holistic thinker – establish and drive end-to-end strategies and initiatives encompassing multiple functions
    • Strong influencer and natural collaborator

    Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

    • Degree in business administration, marketing or related
    • Experience in e-Commerce of at least 2 years
    • Minimum 5 Years’ total merchandising experience

    Credit Control Specialist

    Key Responsibilities

    • Secure timely collection of receivables by working closely with the customer and other finance teams and resolving the causes of non-payment
    • Drive timely collection by following up on overdue invoices with customers, collection agencies and end consumers
    • Manage customer relationship, which includes problem resolution and root cause analysis
    • Assess & review the credit risk of the customer on regular basis, calculate and suggest the required credit limits
    • Decide on the release of the blocked orders and ensure timely release
    • Provide insight in the development of the accounts receivable position of the customer to sales and finance teams
    • Manage the relationship with customer service and other stakeholders in the business
    • Preparation of monthly reconciliations of Key Accounts for review by the Senior Credit Manager and Senior Finance Director
    • Monthly cash flow forecast 
    • Identify improvement opportunities and support their implementation
    • Ensure the lowest possible write off for uncollectable balances
    • Provide insight into the calculation of the required provision for uncollectable balances
    • Support ongoing projects for the implementation of technology solutions
    • Support requests from partner Finance department​​​​​​​

    • Experience with SAP

    • Leadership skills

    Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

    • Accounting qualification preferably university degree
    • 2 plus years relevant work experience in the accounting / business area
    • Broad and deep theoretical understanding of job function
    • Experience in developed Computer Systems, SAP, MS Office and modern Communication Tools
    • Very good command of the English language, both verbal and written
