To imagine, innovate, implement and improve Shared Services capabilities to deliver on Capitec's Vision

• Primary Focus: (1) To translate Capitec's vision and strategy into the future Shared Services business area's Target Operating Model (Process & capability) (2) to develop an implementation roadmap and (3) drive the delivery of the initiatives to meet client needs and deliver business benefits.
• Secondary Focus: Translate business needs emanating from various projects, ideas or system changes across the organisation (as strategically required) into business model requirements for developing/buying IT systems. Support the development of change management and project plans for implementing the initiatives as well as the associated policies, procedures, and performance measures.

Experience

Minimum:

• 8-10 years of enterprise business model design and operationalisation of new concepts

Ideal:

• Translating corporate strategies and regulatory requirements into a business area target operating model
• Initiation and implementation of projects with the goal to implement the business area's target operating model and improve business performance

Qualifications (Minimum)
