    Head of Product | Crypto School

    The Role:

    • We're seeking a Head of Product with a unique blend of talents in product development, customer success, growth and conversion optimization. Your goal will be to lead our product development & optimize conversion rates through data-driven growth strategies, while helping to reduce the customer contact ratio.

    Your Mission:

    • Spearhead the development of new features and gamification strategies to boost user retention and conversion.
    • Design and implement a wide array of A/B tests to boost conversion rates.
    • Conduct data analysis to inform product decisions and A/B testing for continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate growth strategies into our product.
    • Work with the customer support team to integrate customer feedback into product enhancements & reduce the customer contact ratio.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years in Product Management
    • Proven track record in executing successful A/B testing strategies.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
    • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
    • Demonstrated ability in leading product development and customer success strategies.
    • Strong proficiency in customer success methodologies, product management principles, and A/B testing for optimizing key metrics.
    • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and remote team management.

    Skills:

    • 3+ years experience in SaaS product management and customer success roles.
    • Expertise in A/B testing, data analysis, and customer support methodologies.
    • Leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
    • Technical proficiency, particularly in product user experience and functionality.
    • Proficient in data analysis tools like Google Analytics/Mixpanel/Amplitude/Looker & excel.

    Strongly Preferred:

    • Experience in crypto & trading.

    Senior UX/UI Designer (Part Time )

    Job Summary:

    • As a Senior UX/UI Product Designer, you will be pivotal in optimizing user conversion rates from sign-up to full access, improving course completion rates, and developing viral referral mechanisms. We are particularly interested in candidates who have prior experience with conversion optimization, gamification projects and crypto projects. Working collaboratively with our cross-functional teams, you will design the UX/UI of our online platform to enhance user engagement and drive conversion through data-driven design decisions.
    • You’ll also focus on landing page optimizations and A/B testing, particularly with Webflow. This role requires a high level of autonomy, creativity, and the ability to deliver brilliance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conversion-Focused Design: Lead the design of the entire UX/UI in Figma with a focus on optimizing conversion rates through data-driven design and experimentation.
    • Landing Page Optimization: Utilize your expertise in Webflow to continuously improve landing page effectiveness and user conversion.
    • Gamification and Engagement: Implement gamification strategies to enhance user engagement and encourage course completion and referrals
    • User Research and Testing: Conduct and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions and improve overall user experience.
    • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align designs with our brand’s vision and drive the creative direction of our products.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 7 years in UX/UI design, with a proven track record in conversion optimization and experience with a/b testing, gamification & referral mechanisms.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and familiarity with HTML5/CSS/JavaScript a plus.
    • Understanding & passion for cryptocurrency and trading, with previous experience in gamification projects highly desirable.
    • Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative spirit, capable of leading projects and sharing insights across teams.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design work across multiple mediums and channels.

    Video Content Editor

    Job Summary:

    As a Video Content Editor, you will focus on two key areas:

    • Course Video Content: These videos need to be clear, highly informative and meet the established quality-standard. Some of these videos are sponsored so they also need to bring conversion. You will work alongside a team that is also editing the different courses simultaneously in a structured and multi-phased editing organization. 
    • Marketing Content: Create short, compelling video content for platforms like X, Instagram, and Facebook to promote our courses and drive sign-ups. These videos should be attention-grabbing, dynamic, and aligned with our brand's voice.
    • You will work closely with our Content Producer to ensure all video content is high-quality, engaging, and meets our brand standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create and edit engaging, informative and high-conversion video content that can be adapted to all of our marketing channels, with a focus on our Twitter channel; as well as Instagram, Facebook & YouTube (to be used during live shows) in order to bring Sign Ups to our courses.
    • Edit and produce long-form course video content that is educational, engaging, and polished, working closely with a team of editors and animators on collaborative projects.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in marketing and content creation, and use that knowledge to improve our content and marketing strategies.
    • Ensure that all content produced is of the highest quality and aligns with the Crypto School brand and messaging.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that content produced aligns with the overall goals and objectives of the company (Marketing, Design, Sponsorships).

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field would be advantageous.
    • 3+ years of experience in content creation and editing, preferably in the digital marketing or cryptocurrency industries.
    • Strong storytelling skills and ability to find narratives in order to create compelling video content.
    • Sound mixing/Mastering skills in order to assure high quality sound.
    • Be familiarized with social media content and its best practices for driving user acquisition and engagement, as well as other social media types of content (Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) 
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
    • Passion for the cryptocurrency and blockchain industries.
    • Strong know-how with Adobe Creative Cloud software such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop and After Effects.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
