    Administrative Associate - Human Resources and CBS

    Description

    We are looking for a talented ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE - HUMAN RESOURCES AND CBS to join our team specializing in HUMAN RESOURCES for our CORPORATE/CBS SEGMENT in JOHANNESBURG, GAUTENG, SOUTH AFRICA.

    In this role, the candidate will make an impact in the following ways:

    • Provide extensive personal and administrative assistance to the AME ABO HR Leader / CBS Regional Director - AME. Expected to be fully aware of their executive's goals and support to achieve strategic objectives through efficiency and collaboration. Ability to complete work with a limited degree of supervision.
    • Understand or have the ability to understand the calendar, HR Director and CBS Directors’ business priorities and being able to schedule meetings seamlessly with particular attention to timelines for deliverables.
    • Manage travel itineraries both locally and globally and coordinate and submit expense requests and reports with a detailed summary of spending and costs.
    • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external customers, this includes being able to handle difficult customers.
    • From time to time may be required to arrange meeting, town halls and events and work with Marketing and Communications teams for announcements and business communication.
    • Be a superb gate keeper when required to the Directors with the added ability of working flexible hours.

    To be successful in this role the candidate will need the following:

    • Outstanding organisational and time management skills along with up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload along with excellent verbal and written communications skills.
    • Discretion and confidentiality in highly important as they will have access to confidential privileged information. Prior Human Resources Consulting experience will be advantageous in this role.
    • Secretarial Diploma or a Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or any related qualification as this role requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

    Network and Telecoms Engineer

    Description

    We are looking for a talented NETWORK AND TELECOMS ENGINEER to join our team specializing in SYSTEMS/INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY for our CORPORATE/CBS SEGMENT in JOHANNESBURG, GAUTENG, SOUTH AFRICA.

    In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

    • Configuration and Installation of all networking hardware (LAN and WAN) as part of the corrective and preventative maintenance and during site installations
    • Perform Day to Day troubleshooting and repair of faulty Hardware Equipment in accordance with standards and specifications and/or escalate to the Global Network teams for a solution.
    • Act as the First point of contact/liaison to provide Global teams with local assistance to deliver network services in the region which includes, troubleshooting of network outages, equipment refresh/upgrades , new technologies, etc.
    • Participating in IT Projects to provide solution designs and acting as technical lead.
    • Participate in Regional and Global meetings relating to your service line to keep up to date with key operational updates, projects, strategy, and new technologies etc.
    • Asset Management - safe keeping and maintenance of hardware, keep buffer stock for break/fix and repairs to ensure quick turnaround time to replace faulty equipment during outages.

    To be successful in this role you will need the following:

    • Grade 12 or NQF Level 4
    • CCNP Enterprise / CCNP Collaboration or equivalent
    • Diploma / Degree in Information Technology
    • 5 years’ experience in Networking including Routing, Switching and Unified Communication
