    Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Assurance (GRCA) Lead/Manager

    • Managed Talent Solutions client in the mining sector is looking for a Governance, Risk, Assurance and Compliance Manager with experience in managing the organization’s overall security governance, risk, compliance, and technical assurance activities, aligning security posture with business objectives in both IT and OT environments. This will be a 12 month FTC with the possibility to extend. Must have at least 8 years relevant experience.

    Minimum Qualifications & Experience: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
    • 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity governance, risk, or compliance roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership/manager role.
    • In-depth knowledge of frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, COBIT) and regulatory standards (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
    • Experience with risk assessment methodologies and GRC platforms/tools.
    • Familiarity with OT regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., mining, critical infrastructure).
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., CRISC, CISM, CGEIT) are strongly preferred.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
    • Identify, assess, and prioritize security risks; propose remediation strategies to management.
    • Lead internal/external security audits and regulatory compliance efforts (ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, industry-specific regulations).
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, HR, Operations, Finance) to ensure enterprise-wide compliance.
    • Monitor emerging regulatory and industry requirements, adjusting compliance frameworks as necessary.
    • Conduct regular reviews of risk registers, ensuring continuous improvement in risk management processes.
    • Provide periodic assurance reports to senior leadership and the board.
    • Build and conduct a robust supply-chain and third-party risk management capability.

    Operations Manager

    • Managed Talent Solutions client is looking for an Operations Manager who should possess a solid working knowledge of managing IT and operations functionalities of the warehousing and inventory portfolio’s and maintain process controls and integration alignment with the third-party logistics (3PL) service providers.
    • This will be a 24-month FTC with the possibility to extend. A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Supply Chain management, Diagnostics environment is an advantage.

    Key tasks:

    • Manage and lead diverse staff and portfolio coverage.
    • Manage the IT and operations functionalities of the warehousing and inventory portfolio with the third-party logistics (3PL) service provider.
    • Identify and implement lean and cost-effective business solutions with the third-party service provider, and as per the key performance indicators (KPI).
    • Manage and report inventory balance within company, aligned to 3PL balancesx.
    • Maintain process controls and integration alignment with the third-party service provider.
    • Optimize inventory utilization alignment with demand planning based on consensus forecast.
    • Develop and maintain S&OP metrics and dashboards to track inventory performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Performance measures of the Logistics portfolio, aligned to the global contracts.

    Key skills required:

    • Supply Chain management, preferably within the Diagnostic’s industry
    • Inventory and demand management
    • Forecasting and Replenishments planning
    • Data analytics on stock related activities
    • Advanced Excel skills - work with formulas, macros, pivot tables
    • Ability to analyse, evaluate and provide decision-making processes in a dynamic environment
    • Microsoft Power Suite (PowerBI) would be an advantage
    • Lead expert to the implementation of a major client project, including other digital solutions

    Experience required:

    • Minimum 5 years Supply Chain management, Diagnostics environment is an advantage
    • SAP with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) expertise
    • Third-party warehouse management is an advance
    • Expertise of Microsoft Power Suite (PowerBI, PowerQuery, PowerPivot) or equivalent
