    Principal Architect - Cybersecurity

    What You'll have done before:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent certifications preferred.
    • Proven experience in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, tools, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

    What You'll be doing:

    • Cybersecurity Strategy: Provide input into developing and implementing a robust cybersecurity strategy, aligned with industry best practices and business goals. 
    • Security Architecture: Design, maintain, and evolve the security architecture to safeguard digital assets and data. 
    • Risk Management: Identify and assess cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities, implementing proactive security measures and risk mitigation strategies. 
    • Incident Response: Part of the Leadership team to lead incident response teams in the event of security incidents or breaches, ensuring timely and effective resolution. 
    • Compliance: Ensure that the organization complies with industry standards, data protection regulations, and cybersecurity laws. 
    • Security Solutions: Evaluate, select, and deploy cybersecurity solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, encryption, and vulnerability management tools. 
    • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring service level agreements are met. 
    • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the IT Cybersecurity technology implementation and operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. 
    • Budget Management: Provide input into the IT budget and lead sourcing, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

    Facilities Manager

    Minimum requirements:

    • NQF Level 7 Degree in Engineering/ Facilities Management or equivalent)

    Experience:

    • 8 years facilities management experience with 2 years in Financial Management.
    • 2 years in Contract Management

    Advantageous:

    • 2 years in Property Management
    • 2 years’ experience in Staff Management
    • 2 years’ experience in Project Management

    Key Accountabilities

    FACILITIES MANAGEMENT:

    • Ensure implementation and management of Group Facilities strategies for area of responsibility through alignment to functional operational policies andprocedures and to ensure compliance to relevant statutory, regulatory & legislative requirements, best practices implemented and to manage risks.

    BUDGET MANAGEMENT:

    • Monitor, manage and to provide input into Group Facilities budget by developing the CAPEX/OPEX business plan/budget and cost control processes toensure the expenditure is in line with budgeted costs

    HSEQ MANAGEMENT:

    • Communicate and align HSEQ procedures with CHSEQ overall strategy by enforcing compliance to HSEQ policies and procedures, ensuring safe workingenvironment and compliance to working practices (PTW,Zeto Rules, LOTO) and comprehend HSEQ requirements as part of all projects (MOC, Safety fi les,Risk Assessments) to ensure that risks are recognised and mitigated for projects and daily operational activities.

    CUSTOMER AND STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT:

    • Ensure Facilities Management alignment with customer and stakeholder policies and procedures though engagement and management with internal andexternal customers and stakeholders on service delivery needs to ensure related SLA's in place and adhered to

    HR PROCESSES MANAGEMENT:

    • Ensure the implementation and management of all HR procedures by engaging, developing and fostering performance at an individual and team level toensure compliance to procedures in managing HR related auues

    Plant Supervisor

    What you’ll have done before:

    • NQF Level 6 (Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain/ Operations or relevant)
    • 3 years’ experience in Plant Operations environment
    • Understanding of Operations & Stock L/G
    • Experience in HSEQ MS system
    • Knowledge of OSH Act, ISO 9002 & SABS
    • Required to work in Plant/ Manufacturing environment

    Advantageous:

    • Plant Supervisory experience
    • SAP knowledge and experience

    Storage & Handling Supervisor

    What you’ll have done before:

    Baseline:

    • NQF Level 6 - Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain or Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical)
    • At least 5 years Depot operations experience as a supervisor
    • At least 2 years Supply Chain experience
    • Petroleum Industry experience
    • Deep knowledge of Road Transport Safety Act and Petroleum products.

    Advantageous:

    • Operations or Supply Chain Management degree 
    • Sound Performance Management skills / experience
    • Exciting Challenges you might face in the role:
    • Engagement with 3rd party contractors/ other oil companies.
    • Engagement with the rest of the Supply Chain.
    • Prompt and effective decision-making skills.

    • Management Walkabout and relationship building with COC’s
    • Proactively developing schedules with Supply Chain
    • Creating development opportunities for people on your team
    • Inventory Management
    • You'll leverage on your role as Supervisor to drive business objectives through your team.
    • Driving OTIF through excellence in managing contributing inputs
    • OER2 Support and ownership and HSEQ Compliance Coordination
    • Ensure compliance to HSEQ policies and procedure
    • Ensure COC/third party transporters effective TAT
