National Diploma in Civil Engineering PLUS Six (6) years relevant experience / BSc or BTech Civil Engineering PLUS five years relevant experience in construction in a municipal environment.

B.Sc (QS) University Degree OR B Tech Degree (NOF Level 7 as recognized by SAQA) in Quantity Surveying. Registration with the SA Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession or Built Environment will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of Quantity Surveying OR Civil Engineering Experience. Local Government experience will be an added advantage

National Senior Certificate or equivalent. National Diploma in Microbiology/Biotechnology (or equivalent) with Microbiology as a major subject. Must have three (3+) years' experience in a microbiology water laboratory, with a minimum of two (2) years' experience in an accredited (ISO/IEC 17025) microbiology laboratory and one (1) year of proven supervisory experience. Valid Code B (08) driver's license. SANAS Technical signatory experience will have an added advantage.
