• Our client in the facilities management, cleaning and security industry is looking for 2x Mobilization Officers, of which one will be based in Durban & JHB– Hyde Park.

Main Purpose Of The Position:

• To coordinate the smooth and efficient setup of security and cleaning services at new
• client sites. This includes organizing resources, establishing operational frameworks, and
• meeting all site-specific requirements during the mobilization phase. Once the site is
• operational, management is handed over to the Key Accounts Manager.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of high school diploma or equivalent (required);
• A minimum of relevant qualifications in operations management or facilities management (preferred).

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the security, cleaning, or facilities management industry.
• Familiarity with Profit, Velocity, SAP, or similar operational systems (advantageous).
• Intermediate competence in MS Office
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel between sites as needed.
• Knowledge of security and cleaning industry standards and practices.

About the Role:

• Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced qualified teacher to join their family in providing a nurturing and enriching educational environment for 4 primary school learning age. This role involves teaching and guiding students in the age range 6-12 years of age, specifically grades 1,3,4 and 7, and in a variety of subjects. The candidate will be working alongside the mother of the family, who will also be involved in teaching the children.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging lessons, aligned with the curriculum called Classical Conversations (CC) and Sonlight (Both are American-based curriculums).
• Creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Assessing student progress and providing feedback.
• Communicate with parents about student progress and any concerns.

Requirements:

• MUST be able to teach intermediate math, English and science.
• SACE registration number
• Strong academic background and teaching experience, with a relevant teaching qualification /degree.
• Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in working with children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to individual learning styles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Preferably be computer literate and able to teach the basics of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Assisting children in using the internet to research topics for assignments and orals.
