    Frontend Developer

    The purpose of your role is to make our web applications look and function beautifully, in alignment with designs and user experience requirements, and to create re-usable SASS\CSS constructs for developers to consume.

    Office Administrator & Executive Assistant

    The purpose of your role is to be the backbone of the organisation – the right hand of the company owners and the person to go to when employees need support. You’ll support and manage the private lives of the company owners and ensure the smooth running of the organisation.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Engage with all staff members to better understand their needs and areas that require extra support.
    • Liaise with human resources to ensure that office policies are followed and the Ways of Working (WoWs) is efficient for everyone.
    • Coordinate the company owners calendar and schedules (both private and work-related, with regular reminders).
    • Engage regularly with VIP clients and advisory board members, ensuring that meetings are arranged regularly and they are seen to on a highly personal level.
    • Manage the company owners private accounts and payment proposals, as well as the office’s budget and expenses. Liaise with finances to ensure we stick to budget.
