UI Designer at Integrative Enneagram Solutions

The purpose of the role will be to design and prototype User Interfaces for web and mobile applications to be implemented by the product development team, creating meaningful and inspiring user experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with the development team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to software or web development, i.e. UI design and prototyping.
• Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.
• Do UI implementation validation or testing.
• Verify UI deliverables against functional requirements specified.
• Ensure that project owners and stakeholders expectations are met.
• Elicitation and formulation of business and/or functional requirements as it pertains to UI design.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
• Establish, document and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.

Your Background:

• FORMAL TRAINING IN UI DESIGN PRINCIPLES in the past 5 years.
• 3+ YEARS OF PROVEN UI DESIGN EXPERIENCE in web and mobile software applications.
• DEMONSTRABLE UI DESIGN SKILLS WITH A STRONG PORTFOLIO of design projects.
• FAMILIARITY WITH INTERACTION DESIGN and information architecture.
• CURIOUS AND UP-TO-DATE WITH THE LATEST UI TRENDS, techniques, and technologies.

BONUS POINTS:

• Experience in working within an Agile/Scrum methodology environment.
• A basic understanding of Software Development.
