    Junior Internal Auditor

    Job Specification

    • Reporting to the Senior Internal Auditor, the incumbent will be responsible for reviewing and assessing the organisation’s systems of control and procedures to minimise risk and loss. Key responsibilities will include evaluating internal controls, supporting risk management, loss control, and systems evaluation activities. The role will involve the planning, execution, and documentation of audits, as well as the reporting and resolution of any identified weaknesses or deficiencies. Additionally, the role requires managing audit relationships with line management, including discussions on audit performance, finalisation of reports, and agreement on remedial actions.

    Minimum Requirements

    • National Diploma: Internal Audit
    • Minimum 2 years related experience
    • Applicants must also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good verbal and written communication skills, the ability to maintain positive human relationships and function independently
    • Exposure to computer-assisted audit software will further enhance the application
    • Exposure in a Retail environment will enhance the application
    • Valid driver’s licence and own transport are essential

    • Stock counts
    • Preparation of audit reports
    • Identification of risks
    • Proposals to the management on risks mitigation
    • Administrative and ad hoc duties relating to the above

    Manager Depot (Fuel)

    Job Specification

    • Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the incumbent will co-ordinate, motivate and supervise the operational activities of the Depot. Be responsible for the distribution of products, ensuring that all customers receive efficient, timeous deliveries of products/goods.

    Minimum Requirements

    • National Diploma (Logistics)
    • 3 years related experience
    • Experience of fuel depot operations and fuel tanker maintenance would be an advantage
    • Computer literacy
    • Valid code EB license
    • The incumbent will be required to work irregular hours, depending on changing fuel supply and demand conditions

    Manager Retail Store

    Job Specification

    • Reporting into the Regional Manager Operations, the incumbent would be responsible for managing a retail store, which includes overseeing sales, staff, inventory and operational & administrative systems and controls.

    Minimum Requirements

    • National Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related field
    • 5 years related experience in retail sales with a proven track record in a managerial capacity
    • Ability to effectively communicate and/or negotiate with high level of proficiency
