    Consulting/Principal Software Engineer

    About the Role

    • As a Consulting Principal Software Engineer, you will provide assistance and input to management. You will develop and lead large multifunctional development activities. You will also solve complex technical problems, write complex code for computer systems. In addition, you will serve as a senior source of expertise and possibly provide sizing or budget recommendations to management.

    Responsibilities

    • Serving as a primary technical point of contact for external technology resources including coding and technical issues.
    • Providing design input across a product and work directly with customers and end users.
    • Collaborating with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements.
    • Writing and reviewing portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity.
    • Completing complex bug fixes as well as designing and working with complex data models.
    • Mentoring and leading software developers interested in consultancy on development methodologies and optimization techniques including ad-hoc duties assigned.

    Requirements

    • Have at least 7+ years of experience Software Engineering.
    • Have a BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred
    • Have experience in the following technologies: Angular, .Net, SQL, C#.
    • Be an expert in test-driven development and maintenance including techniques for applying best practices for overall project.
    • Have proven expertise in the use and development of applicable desktop tool sets.
    • Have experience partnering and leading internal and external technology resources in solving complex business needs.
    • Have solid knowledge of architectural principles.
    • Have exceptional project planning skills, including delegation skills involving prioritizing projects and managing projects of various size and complexity.

    Change Mgmt Analyst II

    About the Role

    • The Change Management Analyst supports transformation initiatives across Global Customer Operations, with a focus on helping teams successfully adopt new ways of working, including the use of generative AI tools. Reporting to the Global Operations Director of Change Management & People Experience, this role partners with stakeholders across the business to ensure change initiatives deliver value, encourage engagement, and support a positive employee experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Assess the impact of business, process, and role changes and identify potential risks or resistance
    • Support the development and execution of change plans, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement

    • Partner with Learning & Development and project teams to support effective training and adoption
    • Gather and analyse feedback to track adoption, engagement, and effectiveness of change initiatives
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and teams during periods of transition

    Requirements 

    • A degree or equivalent practical experience in organizational development, business, human resources, or a related discipline
    • Experience supporting transformation or technology-enabled change initiatives
    • Familiarity with change management frameworks or methodologies is an advantage.
    • Experience with common workplace tools such as Microsoft 365 (e.g., Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
    • Experience in change management, organizational development, business analysis, or a related field
    • Ability to plan, support, and deliver change initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams
    • Comfort working with digital tools, including generative AI and collaboration platforms, to support analysis and communication

    Software Engineering Lead

    About the Role

    • As a Software Engineering Lead, you will guide and support a diverse team of engineers while collaborating with product, support, and business partners to deliver high‑quality solutions. This role combines hands-on technical work, people leadership, and project delivery.
    • You will help shape technical direction, mentor team members, and contribute to building an inclusive, psychologically safe, and high‑performing team environment. You will balance leadership responsibilities with direct implementation work, adjusting your focus as business needs evolve.

    Responsibilities  

    • Release management inclusive of sign off for a well-formed test plan, rollback plan communication plan and release notes.

    • Owning the team strategy for futureproofing, maintenance and improvement. This consists of the technical, operational and resource level plans. 
    • Support management of queries escalated to the development team 
    • Implementation (writing code, automation tests and devops activities), complex technical specifications and review of new features, enhancements and bug fixes.  
    • All other duties assigned.

    Requirements

    • Experience leading or mentoring software engineers, typically gained through 3+ years in a senior engineering or architectural role and approximately 7+ years in the technology field.
    • Knowledge of software engineering principles (e.g., SOLID) and modern development best practices.
    • Proficiency with SQL, data manipulation, .NET, C#, Angular, Git, and Azure Pipelines (or similar tools).
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
    • Ability to foster teamwork, support inclusive collaboration, and navigate team dynamics effectively.
    • Strong organizational, planning, and change‑management skills.
    • Commitment to ethical behavior, accountability, and building a positive team culture.
